Definitely more "game" than "idle", if you have played (the) Gnorp Apologue you know what I mean. It focuses more on "finishing" the game faster/with certain restrictions rather than just number go up. Absolutely worth it for the small price and scratches that idle game itch without requiring a 4 month long investment.

The Review Critic: Dopamine Overload – "THE FRUIT ADDICTION" Edition Idle games. They’re the gaming equivalent of potato chips—you know exactly what you’re getting, but somehow, you still end up eating the whole bag. Enter Addicted to the Fruits (not its real name, but let’s face it, it might as well be). This game takes the idle formula, cranks up the dopamine, and hits you with a visual flair that makes counting numbers feel like a Vegas light show. Gameplay: Let’s not kid ourselves: all idle games peak the second you go from 1+1=2 to 2+2=4 and onward into exponential madness. That’s just how the genre works. But Addicted to the Fruits takes that formula and sprays it with glitter, confetti, and a dopamine cannon so powerful it should come with a warning label. The gameplay loop is as simple as they come, but the style is what sets this one apart. Watching the numbers tick up feels less like math and more like a fireworks display. It’s pure satisfaction, packaged in fruity chaos. Visual Flair: The visuals? Chef’s kiss. This game doesn’t just show you numbers climbing—it celebrates them. Each milestone feels like winning the lottery, and the colors, animations, and effects keep you glued to the screen, hypnotized by the sheer joy of progress. The Verdict: Addicted to the Fruits isn’t here to reinvent the wheel—it’s here to turn that wheel into a neon spectacle of endless entertainment. If you’ve got a soft spot for idle games and a tolerance for losing hours of your life to exponential growth, this one’s a must-play. Just watch out—your spouse might not appreciate your new obsession. 10/10, my wife is still mad, and I’m still clicking. If this review has juiced up your interest, hit that thumbs-up button and follow The Review Critic for more refreshingly honest takes. Because when it comes to idle games, I’m your enabler. The Review Critic, signing off to crunch more numbers and dodge more side-eyes from the missus.

Cool looking idling game, which requires some strategy, but doesn't deliver information very well. You can plot your advancement to your style. I often chose a wrong order, so my progress stagnated. But you'll learn. I find the presentation of information bad. You have a statistic for fruits production and usage, but the two don't add up. Very weird. Ultimately I found the progression too slow. 68/100 More reviews at [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/39546715/]Omnivore Gamer , games that are easy to control (for handicapped gamers).

The game tries to be gnorp, but doesn't quite get there. Quite good and worth the price, but demands too much attention from an idle game.

this is NOT Gnorp Analogue. I did pick it up because something about it made me think it would scratch that itch and it really didn't. However, it is still an interesting game in its own right.
