This was a really good Metroidvania where you control a flying saucer and get all sorts of cool upgrades. The environment, abilities, and enemies all work very well together...and some minor puzzling even works your brain here and there just a bit, but nothing so much you would need a guide for. Took me 8 hrs to finish, but it was a very high quality experience. I would recommend this over most of the more marketed copy and paste AAA stuff that comes out these days. This is a game that knows what it is, sets out to do it, and masterfully sticks the landing.
