It is a great puzzle platformer, but the fun of die-to-progress stops really really fast and the game just hurry you to speedrun the whole game instead of just letting you enjoy finding the solution.

Life Goes On: Done to Death What is it? A puzzle solving, order of operations time trial game with very cute and fitting graphics. It feels like a smooth platformer, controls act how you think they might. A lot of room for perfection. Achievements (and hunting them) They were almost all doable without going out.of your way for them. One that wasn't was a speed run of almost all the levels all in a row! Good leniency on the time for that one, I had it in 3 attempts, which felt fair based on improvement between runs. Recommend it as a unique feel, perhaps not at the current price. Glad to have got it on offer.

Great little puzzle platformer that's filled with a load of humour. Even though that humour might run dry pretty fast, it's still lots of fun trying to figure out how to kill the least amount of your guys to progress. Not much else to this one, fun time waster and is the right price for it.

Life Goes On is a game about death. Lots of death. In the game you are tasked with collecting the Holy Grail at no expense to the knights. You need to use your own corpses to navigate a plethora of levels and puzzles in order to collect the Holy Grails (And satisfy Jeff) The games premise is really solid overall and the initial levels hide a rather complex game as the levels towards the end of the game become far more puzzle heavy. The levels are generally all well put together and every few levels there's a new mechanic or obstacle added that changes how you interact with the levels. All in all I like the variety on show here, especially the worlds ending levels which are extra long, arduous levels that could easily be three or four individual levels. One gripe I have, and I know this game is a decade old, is that whilst the games level design is pretty good, the physics of the game are far from perfect. If you're gunning for the challenges such as minimal deaths or time, you may find that certain levels just don't respond properly or will sometimes screw you over. I also think the knights could feel better to control as they are a little slippy and the controls don't feel as tight as I would personally like them to be. On the visual end I don't think the game is that strong, same with the general sfx and music. It's not the most interesting game on this front which does let the game down a little bit. Again, it is a decade old title from first time devs and it's not the worst, it could just be improved. All in all it's a unique title that can be fun but a little frustrating due to the little imperfections of the game.

A puzzle game where brute forcing it is sometimes an option. Overall it's funny and challenging so I would recommend. (Forget the cup. Your mission is Jeff)
