First thing, let me start by stating that, as someone born and living outside of the U.S., I can differentiate fiction and reality, and incest doesn't scare nor disgust me. Blood and genes mean little in a fantasy world. Now, onto the game review. Surprisingly, the game (base game. I don't have the DLC so I'm missing the guildmate spicy scenes and some extra story content) has a lot more content that expected. If your game is patched, that is. Day: During weekdays, you either get to choose to increase your stats, help the village to improve your guild reputation, or work to make some money. Events and fights happen both on specific days and randomly. The early ones are pretty basic but you learn new passive skills later on (along your guildmates learning new active ones) so it gets more interesting. Night: Night time is focused on improving your relation with your sister. Talking together, reading, exercising, bath, etc... You get the option to peep on her or sneak for her panties and, if your lust get high enough, you wake up late at night for an extra sneaking session. Week-end: Aside from the option to make more money by working in the fields, or to spend your day doing nothing, you get to spend time outside with your sister, improving her mood or buying more night-time or combat focused items. One option that I missed on my first playthrough was Adventure Mode, which let you explore new areas together and reveal more backstory about her sickness. I am still in the process but the first completion rewards her with 10 years of extended lifespam in exchange for your fertility (which is a good thing, since pregnancy is a game over). Late-game: After the tournament between guilds, late and post-game have a considerable amount of new story, random events and cutscenes. Getting intimate with your sister unlocks a large amount of interactions, which can get repetitive for some, but interacting under specific conditions, or getting her horny enough, can trigger unexpected new cutscenes or dialogues. Soundtrack: Some basic ones and some very good ones. I was surprised to hear new musics in the post-game, which I suppose was added along the DLC. Conclusion: Overall, if you aren't scared of fiction, this is a great game with a large amount of content (currently at 16 hours and I am starting the post-game). A bit disappointing not having as many interactions with the guild members (as the focus is the sister) and there could have been a bit more variety of dialogue after getting close to your sibling, but this game makes you crave for more which is good marketing for the developer's other games.

The best NSFW game there is to date. The only downside to this game, is that once you play it, you will never find anything as good as this game in its genre.

I have become one of the enlightened. Advice for people wanting to speedrun: - download all the colour+inusuku+bonus content mods, there is a guide for this posted elsewhere. - First time playing through just try to get modestly far into the game so you get NG+ benefits after your first run dies, don't worry too much about succeeding you just need enough NG+ points to get "Unyielding Flesh" on the new game start store, if you have extra spend it on money upgrade. - 10x adventure books every weekend - Make sure you spend all your free time reading books and using "talk->blow on" to keep your motivation high. - make sure that unless your weekly meeting policy is "lunchbox life" you go to bed with at lease 20 stamina - prioritise attack/defence training throughout the weekdays, and do special training if nothing else is available - weekends do your trip to the town's bookstore on on day, then part time on the other. Then "individual training -> go for a run" to finish off the day portions - you can generally do the rest on your own, if your sister's mood falls below unhappy she explodes and dies so keep some snacks stocked to emergency fix it. to finish the main story you need to do the "grand adventure" on the weekends, but save this till you're at 400 of each stat.
