this game is so well produced! i bought this after playing road to empress, and i was very happy to find this game! the storyline tree is so complex, and there are so many different ways for your decisions to play out. i like that not every decision is life or death, and it could simply just impact later scenes. it feels more realistic that way. my only complaint is that the english translations only apply to the spoken script. any of the text scenes are not translated at all, so unless you want to spend a LOT of extra time using google translate, you'll end up just glazing past those scenes without really understanding the implications. i hope they can work on that in the future, because the game is really perfect in all other aspects!
After road to empress, I've been looking for similar games like this! This one is more in depth and has crazy story line and actions, with everything relating back to something. I understand it just came out, but the unfortunate part is you'll need google translate to read some parts even after changing the language to English! Hopefully an update will fix it soon.
Great game so far. Only one complaint though for non Chinese speakers. The dialogue has subtitles but there are quite a few graphics that appear to introduce new characters etc that are in Chinese that arent translated. Its kinda frustrating having to pull out your phone quickly enough to take a pic often it closes before you have a chance. Otherwise Id recommend
Do I recommend that game ? Yes, but ... I enjoyed the game so far, if you are into Visual Novels, then you would too. I love this type of games, they are entertaining and fun to experience different scenarios and see the characters reveal themselves bit by bit. However, the game is not fully translated. I thought that would not impact my experience that much... a lot can be understood from context ... i was wrong. It takes away from the immersion of the game, since there is quite a lot of text, especially endings .. which is what you work for. Just , be warned.... before you buy the game. I hope they will work on that.
