This is one of those games where you find yourself thinking, oh it's only 1am, one more go ... then another ... aaaand another. Is it deep? Pffft, no. Is it meaningful and going to leave you pondering life? Nope. Is it the greatest game ever written? Nah, that's still Rainbow Islands obviously. Is it insanely playable with some superbly stupid elements that just make you smile as the explosion of vehicles lights up the screen, dropping behind bundles of lovely cash for your next upgraded run through? YES! It's not an expensive game to start with but if you see it on offer for even less, as I did, then do yourself a favour and just snap it up. It's pure, unrelenting insanity, like being dropped into an older top-down GTA game with the entire police department coming for you and the army sitting by waiting to get the nod to go.
A completely unhinged, violent rampage of a game. Extremely addicting. If you love Grand Theft Auto, Postal 1 and Vampire Survivors, I think you’ll have a great time with this. There is some very dark humor in this game. Children (and babies) can be killed. With a different game that might feel like taking things too far, but this game is so cartoony and over the top that it’s hard to take that seriously. My only criticisms are: - we could use more characters. There are currently only 6 and many of them play very similarly. - we should have the ability to select between a character’s weapons without refunding all upgrades. For example, The Cosmonaut has an AK47 rifle and a gravity gun. Both are pretty fun to use, and I don’t wanna refund all my upgrades and reselect them just when I get in the mood to use a different weapon style. But overall, I LOVE this game and I hope more content for it is coming.
