The single most underrated Metal Gear Solid game, if not stealth game in general. This game feels like everything its successor was supposed to be, even with a story that takes under two hours to beat. "Wide as a puddle, deep as an ocean" explains Ground Zeroes, with its successor being the vice versa. Amazing graphics, smooth stealth, the BEST world design in any MGS game (yes I said it), and gameplay perfectly balanced between difficulty and intuitiveness. Ground Zeroes is not very long or intensive but what is here is extremely satisfying. It is the most realistic and polished Metal Gear has ever been. While almost always ignored because of what came after it, Ground Zeroes is a drastic improvement and refining of the Metal Gear stealth formula. Well worth playing, but might be best if saved for a sale due to being slightly overpriced.

Fuck off Konami Stay away from the standalone release of Ground Zeroes it takes less than 1 f*cking hour to beat it If you really want to get something that's worth your money grab the "MGSV Definitive Experience" that costs 30$ and you get: Ground Zeroes, MGSV TPP+ the dlc's

MGSV Ground Zeroes. A pretty nice prologue to MGSV TPP, a bit short but the combat is tight, stealth is difficult and rewarding, also the AI is very smart and pretty perceptive. I've enjoyed playing all the missions after the main mission. I've got all the achivements completion 100% in MGSV GZ and MGSV TPP it was a great journey, excellent experince for me. MGS is a legendary franchise. 🔝🌟🤍💯

Very good sample sized prequel of the last prequel that expands upon the first second and third prequels. Prequel. Don't buy this for 20$, please. Buy the bundles. Also this game is only 3gb which I cannot wrap my head around.
