Works great on Steam Deck, HOWEVER make sure you turn on Disable Frame Limit, or set your frames to max in the Quick Menu. Having a lower frame rate to save battery life WILL affect the rhythm and metronome in-game. The tree minigame is heavily affected by this and becomes almost unplayable. With that warning out of the way, this is a great rhythm game. Besides that issue that's easily fixed, it works great on the Steam Deck. It's also a nice nostalgia trip.
I had concerns about the audio sync that is constantly referenced, but either they have been improved or my two systems haven't triggered those issues. And it scales surprisingly well onto a big screen! It's enjoyable, it's scalable... it's extremely slow and repetitive, but it needs *just* enough attention and focus to be strangely meditative which is exactly what i need from a game this week.
