I enjoy the effort to detail that went into studying the stages of decomposition as the time frames pass, as a forensic student myself who has been studying decomposition I loved seeing mentions of adipocere and the mortis stages other than rigor mortis, which I don't see a lot of people knowing. I also enjoyed the extra detail of each decomposition stages in the achievements - it really shows an amount of effort was put into this. A few things that kind of bugged me is this game is not interactable at all, for a game selling for £1.99, and you just sit and click it sort of upset me that it doesn't get more interactive as that. As well as that, the father suddenly falling under submission of the mother with no explanation at all really confused me - especially after that one scene of him talking to another woman and expressing how he needed to take control. (Unless if there's a detail I missed, comments are on for this review if anyone wants to help me figure out why that was) Other than that, the game is a very interesting story and props to the devs for researching everything for it to be as accurate as possible!!

I recently remembered the existence of this game and couldn't be more pleased i love the accuracy and attention to both story and detail.

The game is very VERY unsettling but that's the great part of it. If you pay attention to the drawings while reading the texts you can see the clever details as the story moves forward which gives you more non-verbal insight at the state of the family. It's absolutely worth it, just be careful while reading through it because it might not be good for the squeamish.
