This is absolute cinema! It's a neo-noir black comedy featuring a character whose chill demeanour is almost unsettling. The protagonist desires a simple life, but, of course, things take unexpected turns. What makes this even more impressive is that it is voiced by the author (I guess), who portrays all the characters and even creates the sound effects himself! I laughed so hard. If you understand a bit of Russian, as I do, this is incredibly enjoyable and it’s a two-hour read that feels like a perfect cinematic experience.
