Solid 6/10 - Not a remarkable game, far too slow paced, some narrative nonsense tropes and the exploration aspects are tedious and far too linear. The game also refuses to stick to a single theme, and basically the story elements are all over the place. That said, I still enjoyed it, even if it was janky and weird. Worth getting on sale.

This was a very story compelling game. I really enjoyed it, and it was good. I did get stuck in a hole, so if anyone reads this, please do not jump in any holes otherwise, you will have to start the game over.

Not what I was expecting. As a HUGE Firewatch fan, I went into Radiolight thinking it was cheap copycat, but when I got into the game, it actually took what Firewatch did and built upon that in many ways. I really enjoyed it, it lacked in some areas, while others were very good! As a speedrunner of Firewatch, I will most likely attempt a speedrun of Radiolight and see what can be accomplished and how I can break the game xD Gameplay- ☐ Very good ☐ Good β˜‘ Nothing special ☐ Okay ☐ Bad Graphics- ☐ Masterpiece ☐ Beautiful β˜‘ Good ☐ Will do ☐ Bad ☐ Awful Audio ☐ Amazing ☐ Very good β˜‘ Good ☐ Decent ☐ Not too bad ☐ Bad Audience ☐ Kids β˜‘ Teens β˜‘ Adults ☐ Everyone Story- ☐ Lovely β˜‘ Good ☐ Average ☐ Not great ☐ None Difficult- ☐ Just press a bunch of buttons β˜‘ Easy ☐ Significant brain usage ☐ Easy to learn / Hard to master ☐ Not so easy ☐ Difficult ☐ Dark Souls Grind- β˜‘ Nothing ☐ Only if you care about leaderboards/ranks ☐ Isnt necessary to progress ☐ A bit grindy sometimes ☐ Average grind level ☐ Too much grind ☐ Insanity Game Time- β˜‘ Short ☐ Average ☐ Long ☐ Depends on you ☐ Endless Price ☐ Just buy it β˜‘ Worth the price ☐ Wait for sale ☐ Maybe if you have some spare money left ☐ Not recommended

I played the demo a while back and knew I had to get the full version. And I'm glad I did, it's better than I expected. I love the Firewatch like art style and the atmosphere of the forest at night...there realy is something peaceful about the silence that comes with it. To be honest, I was expecting some obvious ending, but the game surprised me. Most of my theories midgame were wrong, it was really refreshing to see a thriiller that doesn't follow the usual beats. Everything fits together with the radio really well and you can follow the story on your own pace instead of having everything dumped on you. For solo-dev to pull this off is actually really crazy and I can't even image how much time was spend on this. If you like atmospheric thrillers with something different, definitely try this one. 10/10 would recommend.
