The type of game that only sickos who watched surgeries on National Geographic or the Discovery Channel while eating a meal as kids could enjoy. Like me. Humour aside, this game captures the horrors which endoscopy can offer (and more) very well with its early 3D game console look. It does get somewhat repetitive though, but it's worth playing through it just to see what's next.

Walks the line between 'haha gross' and 'omg disgusting' very well. First off, this game is far more entertaining than it has any right to be. I streamed it the other night on Twitch, and while some of my chat had to excuse themselves because it was a bit too much for them (Wednesday, I'm looking at you) the rest of us were cracking jokes and yelling CORN!! whenever it popped up. We were also talking about medical stuff and chubbyemu episodes, so all in all, it was a fun experience. The only real negative I have to say about this, is it is SLOW. As one person said in my chat: "Hawk, you can't nyoom through the colon" which is true, but for having to play through the game in full at least twice for both endings, it is a tiny bit of a slough, even if you know what to expect. Still, got it on sawl and don't regret it one bit.

I liked it and thought it was worth the money. It's more humorous and gross than scary, though people who get squeamish easily might not want to play it. You play a gastroenterologist who uses a special camera equipped with various tools to examine the colons of five patients. At first you find typical things such as undigested candy, some polyps and the occasional piece of sweet corn, but eventually you'll come across increasingly more horrific and disgusting objects to the point where flushing a sweet corn is a relief. The gameplay is pretty simple and there isn't a way to die, though you can deliberately fail the objectives to produce different outcomes for your poor patients. I had fun playing this game, though I did wish I could move faster. In real life I would NOT want a camera speeding up my colon at Mach 3, but this is a game so it would have been more fun if I could.

What a strange game. Good, but strange. Body horror doesn't really bother me but it does bother some people so I understand where the horror aspect comes into play. The core concept is nice, but everything else feels a little out of place and unrealistic. But, it's a video game. It's not supposed to be completely realistic. I would get this game on sale, otherwise, I don't think its worth it.

this game would have been better if it just consisted of 1 section per patient instead of 3. they went on a bit long. also kinda expected most of them to be like the last patient; this game didn't get weird enough, it could have gotten so much weirder. liked it though, but it could have been better.
