Marvelous simply Marvelous. This is unironically, one of the best FMV Games I've ever played and easily in one league with the original love is all around. Great Acting from all Actors, the Writing is good, it has Humor, it's Emotional, it get sometimes relatively dark. Decent Production Values overall. For an FMV Game there is a lot of Content in there which is a good thing. And the English Translation is unironically good, which is rare for FMV Games. Most of the time it's just an Machine Translation where the best you can say is "well atleast its functional" It's overall a great package, without the Jank of FMV Games like Tech Issues, Awful Machine Translations, Runtimes that are sometimes way too short for the Storys they want to tell, and game mechanics that add nothing but wasted time to your experience. I highly recommend it, especially for 8 bucks you make absolutely nothing wrong. I really hope the Dev Team will make another game at some point in future, im looking forward to it. :D Ah and for the one Person reading this, it works flawlessly on the Steam Deck, there are no Tech Shenanigans. :D

[Edit] English subs are available.... Highly Recommended EXCELLENT cinematography..Shot like a movie but with interactive choices. All actors and actresses perform great. It has a mature theme. There is a music playlist within the game. A unique feature of the game is a section where it explains the choices and also teaches the techniques of the gold diggers. It also teaches the user to build his/her own confidence. Obviously, this primarily targets the love-scams. Reviews are mixed because of the end results of these gold-diggers but I wholeheartedly enjoy the game. More future games should have this kind of movie cinematography and acting standards. Overall, a 4/5 game....

The Price of Love in China: House, Car, and a Soul In today’s China, finding a girlfriend isn’t just about charm, loyalty, or a shared love of hotpot. It’s about your assets—literal ones. If you don’t own a house (preferably in her name), a car (preferably foreign), and have savings (preferably untouched by your parents’ retirement fund), then sorry, bro, you’re not boyfriend material—you’re a walking red flag. Modern Chinese romance has turned into an auction house, and guess what? You’re the product—and you pay the bill. Take the infamous “Fat Cat” (胖猫) incident, where a man reportedly committed suicide after spending over 500,000 yuan on his girlfriend, only to be ghosted. Was he naive? Maybe. Was she manipulative? That’s for the court of public opinion. But one thing is clear: love has become a transaction, and when the balance sheet breaks, people die. Social media is flooded with stories: a man is told, “No house, no talk.” A woman brags online about receiving iPhones, designer bags, or even surgery money from suitors who never got as much as a kiss. “If he’s not paying, he’s not serious,” is a mantra echoed in countless Douyin videos. Meanwhile, men joke bitterly that dating apps are just Taobao with a chat function. It’s not all women, of course. Many are just as trapped—told from childhood to “marry up,” to seek security. But the growing market of “捞女” (gold-digging women) is real enough to spawn an entire vocabulary. Words like “备胎” (spare tire boyfriend), “工具人” (utility man), and “舔狗” (bootlicker) describe the male role in these emotionally bankrupt arrangements. Young men, especially in second- and third-tier cities, are checking out. They call it “lying flat” (躺平)—giving up on dating, marriage, or even striving for success. After all, why break your back for a woman who sees you as a bank account with legs? And society doesn’t help. From Chinese New Year interrogations about your marital status to in-laws demanding bride prices rivaling the GDP of small nations, every part of the system reminds men: your worth is what you own. Ironically, while men are expected to provide everything, love is not guaranteed. Many report being dumped after handing over assets, or even after marriage, becoming what netizens call “冤种老公”—the ultimate sucker husband. So, is it any wonder Chinese men say they’re “民不聊生” (the people have no means to live)? They're emotionally broke, financially drained, and spiritually bankrupt—all in the name of love. But hey, at least she got the iPhone.
