FMV games are always sort of corny, and this one is no different, but dang it if it isn't still fun to watch! At first, the romance scenes seemed so cringy, that I found myself inadvertently looking away from the screen, but after a while, I guess they brought me down to their level. The story seems very linear at first, but as it goes on, you realize that there is quite a lot of branching. Choices you make in one chapter might have an impact on subsequent chapters. Thankfully, the story map makes going back and experimenting easy to do. In the end, I ended up really enjoying this game!
This has a better story than most games. They keep you interested in what comes next. For that reason I recommend it, but, I wish there were a neutral choice. My main problem with the game is I always look at games as needing to have an hour of playtime for every dollar spent. In this case that comes out to 11 hours needed. In 5.5 hours I completed a few endings and all I had left to do was go back and redo parts with a different choice to see what changes although it wasn't going to change the ending. I get too bored to go back and do little things like that and it's not fun. Overall, it's a good game that simply lacks enough playability for the price even as an inexpensive game.

Walao… this one got drama, got romance, got murder, got time travel… Basically like: TVB drama + Korean romance + CSI + your ex texting you at 2AM ALL IN ONE. 🧠 FIRST IMPRESSION: You play in first-person. Meaning you ARE the main character. Not controlling him. YOU ARE HIM. So when people flirt with you… Eh suddenly I sit up straight already. ⏳ STORY (Time Travel + Drama + Emotional Damage): The story is actually quite solid. You jump between timelines (2019 & 2024), solving cases, saving people, trying to fix mistakes. But the problem is… Every time you fix something… NEW PROBLEM SPAWN LIKE MOSQUITO AFTER RAIN. Butterfly effect hits you like: “Congrats you saved her… but now 5 other people die.” Walao… this not game… this is emotional debt simulator. ❤️ ROMANCE (AUNTIE APPROVED OR NOT??) Oh ho… here is where things get spicy. Got romance options. Got feelings. Got flirting. Got “eh should I choose this girl or that girl” situation. Auntie watching: “Boy ah… you solve murder case also not this stress.” Some characters very charming. Some… red flag until can open traffic light company. 🎮 GAMEPLAY (Netflix But You Responsible): Let’s be honest. This is still FMV. So gameplay is: - Watch - Choose - Regret - Restart BUT this one different. Choices actually matter more than usual. One wrong decision… BOOM — someone die. Or worse… you get bad ending + emotional damage combo. Also got 50+ endings, so if you completionist… Congrats. You just signed contract with suffering. 🎭 ACTING: Surprisingly not bad. Some scenes quite immersive. Some emotional scenes actually hit. But occasionally… got that one acting moment like: “Eh why he talking like reading menu ah?” Still… overall solid enough to carry the story. 🧩 MYSTERY / DETECTIVE ELEMENT: You solving cases. Finding clues. Figuring out who is killer. Sounds very Sherlock Holmes right? But sometimes ah… You don’t feel like detective. You feel like: intern helping plot move forward. Still interesting lah, just don’t expect super deep deduction gameplay. 🎬 PACING: Each chapter around 30–40 minutes. So you tell yourself: “Okay just play one chapter…” Next thing you know: 3AM, eyebag bigger than KL traffic jam. 🎰 EXTRA FEATURES (AUNTIE CONFUSED MODE): Got Tarot card system. Got side systems. Got collectible stuff. At first I like: “Wah so many things ah nice” After awhile: “Wait… why I doing all this??” But still adds replay value lah. 😂 REAL EXPERIENCE: Playing this game feels like: You try to fix your life, fix your relationship, fix your mistakes… Then game say: “Good job. Now suffer more.” 👍 PROS: ✔ Story engaging and addictive ✔ Time travel + choices combo works well ✔ Many endings (value for money) ✔ Characters interesting (some dangerously attractive) ✔ Very binge-able 👎 CONS: ✖ Still mostly watching, not much gameplay ✖ Some choices feel unclear ✖ Mystery not super deep ✖ Extra systems a bit unnecessary ✖ Emotional damage not refundable 🧧 FINAL VERDICT: This game ah… Not perfect. But VERY entertaining. Steam reviews also show Very Positive (~88–89%), so clearly people enjoying the drama ride. ⭐ Auntie Rating: 8.5 / 10 — “Play until forget you got real life problems” If you expect: ❌ hardcore gameplay → you complain ❌ deep detective simulation → you complain BUT if you want: ✔ story ✔ drama ✔ choices ✔ romance + chaos Then this game ah…Confirm you say: “one more chapter” until sunrise.” 🌅
