RODINA is a game that defies the standards of the industry and even indies. the developer has been working on it part-time for 12 long years, toiling away at this herculean task. you are not just buying a game with RODINA, you're supporting a man's dream. even going past this, the game is fantastic, although it is still just not complete. the atmosphere, and the music, deserve immense praise. i don't think i will ever forget the first time achieving orbit in RODINA. the somber tone, the orchestra, and those 7 goddamn piano notes.

someday, somebody will make a space game that feels as good to fly your ship in and that feels as honestly expansive as rodina. surely. it hasn't happened yet, though.

Jaw dropping and epic in scale, beautiful dynamic soundtrack that changes from epic combat music to relaxing music for just floating in space, fun combat and tons to explore. Don't let the low res graphics put you off, Rodina is absolutely worth every penny!
