this games is exactly why neutral reviews need to be possible. it's fine i guess. the best thing about it is that the difficulty levels have a meaningful impact on what works without being unpleasantly punishing.

Took a look at the screenshots before buying it and founding that it looks so cute. Took a first play and founding out that it is one of the most creative games I played in years. "Roulette Hero" is one of my personal favorites of 2025, because every single click you feel the love that was put into the game. + an enormous gripping gameplay that keeps you thrilled every spin, hoping for your favorite tile to get spinned + an enormous variability in creatures, with every playthrough unlocking more tiles, more possibilities, more combinations you can do + you believe its only spinning and winning? That's wrong! Because through efficient placement of your creatures you get combinations that feel satisfying + not at least those creatures - I love them! Love them all. May you chose to collect reptiles, dogs, cats or even mythical creatures, you always find new gameplay strategies "Roulette Hero" is marvellous! I will keep playing until the last unlock is done, the last difficulty achieved. Few games achieve that kind of motivation. This one definitely is "made for me" :) !

Great game. I waited a little for a few updates to make a review. Game is a square board and most spots start blocked and are uncovered as the game progresses. You put different creatures on the spots and use the lever to randomly select squares to attack, buff or debuff. You get random cards/creatures based on the decks of cards you bring. The randomness of the roulette works very well where you do not feel like it is a limit but just a part of the game. The updates that have come out recently have fix all the issues I was having. Highly recommend.

good fun and easy to learn. touch screen control need a little work. trying to see what the abilities are, very difficult, sometimes if I hold my finger on it, it might work, but I have bought things I didn't want in he game. still fun though.

I picked this up on a whim because of the Luck be a Landlord bundle discount, & I'm glad I did! It's not unusual for earlier difficulties to be a breeze in games like these, & Roulette Hero is no exception. Having 20 difficulty levels means the game can start off comfortably, and ramp up gently over time, which it does in a neat way: By offering you more options. Each completed run will unlock new cards & often new species, and since there's a bonus to having 4/8 cards from one species down, specializing becomes harder as the variety increases, which leads to more inherent challenge in a way that is a lot more interesting than just "MOAR HEALTH!!!" The presentation is really good, and the cute lil lever pull animation is awesome. There can be a lot of stuff triggered in a single turn, so an events log might help clear up some confusion since, even after 5 hours, I find myself wondering "what the hell is doing that" sometimes. I don't know if the game has the staying power of something like a Balatro or Slay the Spire, but I feel like I've more than got my moneys worth out of it already, and I'm certainly not done with it yet - I'm only on difficulty 7/20! There's a lot to like here & very little to question. Is it worth the money? Based on everything I've seen so far, the answer is a resounding yes!
