This video game software has everything you need to make a basic game. The default assets, database, and simple controls make it effortless to learn and work on your first project. It might be daunting to learn at first but after a few days of familiarizing yourself with the database and events, it starts to become easier. However despite being an older version of the RPG Maker series, VX Ace is still heavily used and favored due to its easy modifiable engine with scripts. Whether you are a brand new beginner or a seasoned game developer, VX Ace is a reliable engine for any small or more complex game project.
This game engine is very well made for those who want to begin making their own classic RPG games. There's plenty of basic tools to start with, and it's great to learn for beginners. Don't be afraid to look up tutorials if you're unfamiliar with how to do something in a game engine such as this. A big thank you to the company that made this unique program! I do honestly recommend this to anyone starting out in the gaming industry. It teaches you a lot about how making a game works.; Much like the way older games were done, such as "Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon: Another Story," "The Legend of Zelda" and "Dragon Warrior I & II" for example.
