The story and Cyberpunk setting is so immersive that it completely drew me in and with all the Interactive elements and a compelling story. It doesn't even feel like a visual novel. Great Game...

A click-to-solve narrative puzzle game in the same vein as "Orwell", you'll spend your time clicking on clues to build up a database of reference points for when you interrogate people, or investigating locations through the use of drones and cameras to uncover clues. There are also several codes to crack, which are the most difficult part of SoF, but they come with a very welcome in-built hint system. Everything is done via text, so there's a lot of reading. The main mechanics of SoF were all fluid and easy to use, leading to a game that's very easy to immerse yourself into. I quite liked the art style of the game, and the music and sound effects were also a highlight. The lack of vsync was occasionally annoying (tears happened so infrequently that the ones that do happen stood out), and the English localisation isn't the strongest, leading to some text exchanges I just did not understand. Thankfully none of these got in the way of understanding most of what was going on. I also have some bugbears about the UX (why can we not pause or quit the game during cutscenes and phone calls?). But these didn't really get in the way of my enjoyment of the main gameplay elements and story. If you like cyberpunk, hacking and clashing with the corporations ruling over a dystopian society, SoF will offer you a compelling story and an enjoyable few hours.

Playtime is around 6-7 hours without all achievement. Conduct investigation via collect information online, phone conversation, route navigation and deduction. Puzzle difficulty is low to medium. Choice matters. Story contains cyberpunk + philosophy + criticism. A lot of words and progress is a little bit boring without detailed explanation. It is also easy to get bored when repeating the map investigation. Recommend if you like cyberpunk / deduction / puzzle.

Awesome cyberpunk dystopian game! The soundtrack pulls you right in, making you feel like a hacker solving crimes...or helping criminals. You'll crack puzzles and piece together clues. And the ending? Mind-blowing! It gives "Orwell" vibes, but with a way better story and interactions. I bought it on sale, but 13 hours of replayable game, I'd pay full price Devs, if you read this, please make another one!

this game fulfills my fantasy of every hack working every time, the first time, with just one click. if you played the prologue, you'll see it again as the second case in the game. the game is basically just a hacker/PI-themed ace attorney game, if you've ever played those. you are clicking on the environment, gathering evidence, presenting said evidence during conversations, etc etc to eventually solve the case. it's a visual novel in a desktop environment style.
