This is one of the best action Star Wars games of all time, on level with Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy, and at same time one of worst pc ports of all time, it's like Arkham Knight all over again, when amazing game were ruined by incompetent port for years, and now 11 years later when even low end pcs able to run it with no issues, game reviews switched from Overwhelmingly Negative to Overwhelmingly Positive 92-95% score, same fate eventually awaits Jedi Survivor. Everything got massively improved from Fallen order, exploration is significantly more rewarding, bigger and more diverse looking locations, more in-depth customization, game no longer feel like template souls-like, its feels like proper modern day Jedi Knight game. If your GPU have 12-16 gb of vram, buy this game on those massive discounts during EA sales, otherwise don't bother yet.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor - 100% Completion Review Score: 7/10 Star Wars Jedi Survivor is the sequel to Jedi Fallen Order with a new story revolving around Jedi Cal Kestis, a marauder warlord, and mysterious nebula in space with something hidden within, after fully completing the game i'll give some pro's, neutrals and cons. PRO'S: -Good protagonist that is well written and designed with lots of customization options you can find in the game to change their physical appearance, clothes, saber design and droid companion parts and color -Very good environments and attention to detail -Good companion characters that are well written and designed -Good Npc designs, that's a first in a while -Main hub planet has a bar that improves as you recruit Npc's, explore and progress the story -Good music with more you can buy and discover for your hub bar once you find the Npc that unlocks the bar music -Good combat with many different fighting forms and skill tree's, no level cap -Good story with a nice romance plot tucked in and while it does wrap up this games plot line it still leaves off on a bit of a cliff hanger because it's the second in a likely trilogy story -Good enemy designs and the return of the droids -Good dialogue writing with a good amount of humor -Good exploration with tons of loot to find, puzzles to solve and secrets to discover -Good voice acting, all the voice actors and actresses did a really good job -Has a 3d Hologram Brawler mini game you can unlock at your bar once you find the Npcs that unlocks it -Lots of accessibility, difficulty and gameplay options to tweak the game to your liking NEUTRAL'S: "No Score Change From These" -Game length for full 100% Completion about 40+ hours -Space flight is just a loading screen, don't expect any epic space battles -Not many force powers, paltry compared to the amount that Kotor had CON'S: -Badly optimized, even with Upscaling and Frame Generation on the game still lags at times, crashes and bugs galore -Nvidia DLSS is pretty much useless and you have to use the AMD equivalent -Galaxy map on the ship is bugged and will only run at 5 fps -Ray Tracing will tank the games performance due to not being optimized at all and has to be turned off -Game has a bad memory leak issue and you will need to restart every hour or so -Logos at start up can't be skipped -Level design is bit too maze like, some parts it's easy to get lost and have to spend a few minutes trying to figure out where to go -Too much backtracking due to not getting certain tools until late in the game -Requires a 3rd party launcher -Game only saves at certain points like meditation, so if you crash, get stuck or hit a bug before the game decided to autosave your boned -Mounts are badly designed, move awkwardly and look awkward, outside of certain map uses there is really no point in using them Overall Star Wars Jedi Survivor is a good Star Wars game that has been unfortunately dragged down by horrid performance issues and bugs which makes the game difficult to recommend, i'd give it a Neutral if it was possible, my advice is to buy the game on a different platform, but if that's not possible then get it on a deep sale, do not pay full price for this game, but if you can live with the performance issues then it is a decent game that is fun and engaging, but as always, It's.. Up.. To.. You and i'll leave it at that. (^_−).

I’m honestly surprised this game sits at a Mixed rating, because in my experience it deserves more than that. After 12 hours of playtime, STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor has been a great experience for me. The graphics look good, the world feels well-crafted, the story has been engaging so far, and the gameplay is exciting and fluid — honestly a clear step up from Jedi: Fallen Order. Since optimization is a common complaint, here’s my experience with a Ryzen 5 5600X and an RX 9060 XT 16GB: I’ve had a few performance dips here and there, but nothing severe, and the game has been fully playable the whole time. Overall, I think this is a strong improvement over Fallen Order, and if you liked the first game, Survivor is absolutely worth playing. The Mixed rating might make you hesitate, but personally I’ve had a really enjoyable time.

To preface, I'm running a i5-12400k, 6700xt, with 32gb ram. Gameplay is really good, big upgrade from the already good gameplay of fallen order. optimization has some issues but i have exactly 3 mods installed and i can run it at around 70fps at epic settings, ray tracing on, in most spots, but drops to 30fps in some places. I had crashes at one cutscene twice and at the beginning of the game so that's when i installed the mods and it worked fine after that. Visuals are beautiful, story is pretty good, I'm writing this a bit late so I don't remember it entirely, so its probably better than pretty good. It's a really big game, lots of secret areas, maybe too many, which leads to another con, being that there's too many collectables. You can use the collectables to buy things in the stores, so it does somewhat have a purpose, but I've already bought everything i want and there's still so much more. 100% seems like a nightmare, which probably won't stop me, but so far it feels a bit monotonous. The movement to get places is nice, lots of shortcuts, once you get certain abilities it makes moving across the map really fast. Overall I give it 8/10 with the mods, and nearly unplayable without them because i literally crashed every time in the start so i couldn't play lol (mods are "SWJS - Fixes and Improvements", "Fix For Ray Tracing Crashing", and "Native resolution and blurry screen fix." all can be found on the most popular modding site (idk if referencing a external site is allowed so it will remain nameless))
