Hey....they do always run. Enjoying this game a lot. Somehow feel like they missed a good Metroidvania spin here. Just wonderful would inconnected map have been on this game. Some times I feel I want to return to a certain spot and search for hidden stuff.

i don't even know what to say! man i just finished the game and i'm so amazed with the story. i can't stop thinking about it! one of the most stylish games i've ever played and i've played many games! u have many cool ways to kill enemies! performing parry feels so good, shooting feels so great. music just rocks! i really care about the story of the games and i like them to have a solid story, and man this game just surprised me!! definitely recommended! i hope they go for part 2 cuz i really need more of this!

Fun action platformer that reminded me of the Shinobi games with a bunch of badass ninja action and climbing/jumping goodness, but without the pace breaking navigational puzzles of metroidvanias. A strong point of its gameplay is how often I found myself in the flow of it. (Well, that was until I found any object requiring hitting the LB button, because how those decided to accept the button input I couldn't figure out the whole game, just sometimes it eventually worked.) The action animations are especially spectacular in this one.

Absolutely fantastic game. Inspiring art, wonderful animation and a nice, linear progression that is carried by a story that picks up a lot of steam by the end. The platforming is overall very good with a nice flow state when you get used to it and the combat is satisfying and punchy. It ends on a cliffhanger and with a unexpected twist that hit some feels for me. Looking forward to a sequel for sure. And yeah the soundtrack is great.
