I played this Game for over 100 hours and started from scratch 6 times. It is really hard and normally I am a "give me the cheat codes" guy. But this game catched me. It is really hard to beat and you have to read community forum threads to understand certain techniques and systems. But once you figured it out it is addictive as f%*k. I am currently playing two "campaigns" in parallel. One where I play without killing any humans (reputation system on as by default) and one where I kill a lot of humans (reputation system off). Both strategies are fun. The one where you can kill is a bit easier. Later in the game if you didn't stop the railway early enough, it becomes quite hard not to kill. Sadly the Devs didn't consult any historians or actual native Americans - so it often feels a bit bland and "western movie"ish. That's a bit sad. But the still managed to create an amazing game with tons of amazing details. The game is abandoned and will not be developed or maintained any longer - but I would still buy it.

(4.9 Hours) So far playing 5 hours, I do recommend this game. If you can get past the occasional bug (not game breaking so far) and get used to the combat, it appears to be a fun game. The only bug I have encountered is sending warrior to collect loot at a camp while I was in the camp, I then fast forwarded and when they were going to leave they kept getting on their horse and getting off and repeating those actions. Once I left the area, the warriors went back to camp. (18.3 Hours) After doing some digging and even going on their Discord for this game, the developers are no longer working on this game. Game-Labs, was bought by Stillfront in early 2021, who specializes in mobile phone games. Then later Stillfront shutdown the development team for Game-Labs as of Dec 2024. This game unfortunately will not see anymore development done to it, I hope that I am wrong in the future though. After playing and researching this information, I still do recommend this game if you enjoy this style. The AI, which are the frontier men, they will continue to progress and spread throughout the map while it is your job to begin the resistance and take the land back. How you do it, is completely up to you. I primarily sneak around and burn the settlements at night, I do see a message at the top that mentions them remembering I attack primarily at night while they sleep so they'll set up more patrols as a response. You can even lead up to 4 of your own guys into the settlements and have a mini war, you can send your men to attack I am pretty sure. There is a social tab still where you can sell items for coins or buy items. You can get the coins from challenges that frequently reset. There is an active leaderboard (Even a weekly one that resets). Quite a few different people do sell items you can purchase as well. There is an average of 40 people that play a month now. (Wait until it's on sale, I don't like how Stillfront is getting money for a game they never planned on continuing and ignoring the player base that has attempted to reach out to them many times)

I don't understand why gamers think the game is abandoned. the devs are from Ukraine they probably put the game on hold to make sure there family members are safe from the war. Another possibility maybe some of the dev team/employees have been recruited for war.

game had potential but a war broke out in the native land of the devs and i guess they sold this to some-other studio from what i read in the reviews. guess the dlcs dont work but i have the base game, was fun for the 11.8 hours i played, just had hope they would fix and finish it but life had other plans. sad to hear it was sold to someone else, who most likely doesn't care as much about this game........ is it worth ur money now to play idk who knows how long the servers will be on only time will tell. last time i played was 2020 soooooo yaaa

My recommendation of buying and playing this game comes with this advice. 1: Don't pay full price it is not a polished finished finished game. 2: You will be frustrated by the game play and the problems it throws at you. The reason why I sunk 70 plus hours into this title is because there is so much here that had the making of a great game. The idea is fantastic, the survival mechanics if a little more polished would have been awesome and the actually map and world are interactive enough for exploration. Different tactics can used be for achieving goals. In a lot of ways this is a patience, stealth game. In others a resources and base camp build. If this appeals to you in the American Indian fight against the onslaught of the white man give it a try. Be warned the enemy AI is programmed to walk towards you. The camp building system is easy but upkeep of them is hard. For a lot of my game play i wondered is this game hard and fun or just broken and annoying. I came to the conclusion that if this game had another year of updates and refining it could have been excellent. What is here is a beautiful mess. Give it a try but not at full price and be prepared to be annoyed. I still payed it for 70 plus hours!
