A really good idea. Probably will be worthwhile once it is out of Early Access. At the moment the game very quickly becomes overwhelming since there's no ability to pause and have a good think about what you want to do or how you want to do it. I think the creator thinks that this is part of the challenge of the game, but I find it a bit stressful and not fun - and lots of the reviews seem to think similarly.

I like this game. But 2 things that are really annoying: - the game is way too fast. After day 3 it is really hard to track my production, rebuild the base while resources are done and keep track of the minion waves. Consider slowing it down and make possible to pauze build - Limit of towers is really bad. Second map is big as hell and there is more space than i can build towers in them.

learned about the game from Next Fest where i was able to downlaod the demo and fell in love with it. I like the dynamics, the planning part and different towers available. I do think sometimes i feel overwhelmed by amount of stuff happening at same time so a slow-mo would be welcome (grandpa rant). On the other hand it'd be also nice to be able to speed up the game, especially at the start where you simply farm resources. Overall i enjoyed the game and i'm looking forward to next updates 10/10 would buy again. PS. Maybe a VS online mode?

You will fail. Now, that isn't meant to scare you off, but set expectations. This is not a traditional tower defence game where you can go endlessly by using the right strategy. This is not a resource gathering game where you build once and then forget about it. This is a roguelite. You should expect to fail, quickly and often. And every time you research, upgrade, build bigger and last a little longer - if you're lucky. Time won't stop for you, as you race to rebuild exhausted gatherers and place towers to slow the latest onslaught. This is challenging, this is fast-paced, this is so deliciously rewarding when you finally defeat that level.
