Dopamine generator the game It starts a little slow but the second you get that run where you feel invincible and see all those numbers rise, it just clicks. One more run turns into the sun rising and that feel good chemical making you feel all accomplished. There is so much content to work through that it makes it amazing value for money. I've got over 60 hours in the game and still have so many things to unlock in the game. Definite recommend

A game that was super simple and not expensive. Started out using sprite assets that look pretty close to Castlevania things, and instead of seeking retribution, Konami joins up with two collabs with two DLC tributes to the fun of gaming while keeping it all affordable. This is pure gaming at it's finest: "Having fun over making money", I and every other gamer out there salute you for this.

so its a 10/10 game, i love it, but i can literally never play it again because after i played a 3 hour session ALL I SEE WHEN I CLOSE MY EYES IS BLUE AND GREEN GEMS AND ITS NOT GOING AWAY ITS BEEN HOURS IM NEVER PLAYING THIS GAME AGAIN highly recommend

Vampire Survivors was engineered to be a dopamine factory. The sound: weapon launch, weapon hit, XP gem pick up, level up, opening a chest; all give amazing feedback. All the damage numbers, XP bar filling out at the top of the screen, XP gems being vacuumed into your character. Every single thing you see and hear injects dopamine into your brain. There's a crapton of stuff to unlock, which in itself is addicting. Supposedly the game's creator formerly worked in the gambling industry, and decided to make a game that used all of the psychological manipulation tactics that make gambling so exciting, minus the risk of crippling addiction and financial ruin. This explains a lot. I love how the game allows you to tailor the challenge to your liking. There are characters and weapons which are absurdly overpowered, as well as weaklings and pea shooters. You can mix and match them as you like, even upgrade the worst characters with Golden Eggs to absolutely ridiculous levels. All by design. You’d expect a game like this to have a great 8-bit soundtrack, and it does… but it also has a few incredible orchestral AAA quality tracks. They’re so good that it clashes with the game itself just being a pixelized roguelike indie game. All this and it's extremely cheap. Buy this digital crack now.
