Pretty nice game. Well crafted, excellent UI and chill music. The main game lets you save and quit whenever you like so it's good for people with busy lives. However, the daily challenge is always populated with unbeatable scores and the Pro mode is a bit too hard for me (unless you like cheating with Scrabble solvers), so I think I'm finished with it now after about 5 hours gameplay. I've got my money's worth and can recommend it. honestly.. I bought it because of GameGrumps. I like word games and this one just seemed to be fairly interesting (and lead me to pick up Balatro soon after). It's pretty good! Not as in depth as its inspiration, but its serviceable. I think it could definitely use more levels, or more features to really fill it out (I'm not sure what, but it does feel like it's missing SOMETHING). Even then, it's still a pretty fun game. Could use better Steam Deck integration, though. Less reliance on touch screen and more on actual controls would be nice. If you like word games, or are a fan of balatro, then you'll probably enjoy this as well. :)
Do you take so long when its your turn in scrabble because you want to make the longest word that you can that none of you friends ever want to play with you? Play this game. Admittedly, the roguelike elements get repetitive and there isn't much variation in the boons you get, but there's no other single player scrabble I'd rather play.
