The launch of the game was bumpy, but that is due to the fact that it is greatly expanded in terms of scope, graphical fidelity and length over the original game. Yes Your Grace: Snowfall is more mechanically interesting than its predecessor, tells a great story and features a far more larger and more fleshed out cast of characters. If you enjoyed the first game but felt it fell short of its potential, you should absolutely play Snowfall- and in terms of fantasy games, there's nothing quite like it in its presentation and gameplay style. Give it a whirl- I promise you won't regret it.

It's a good sequel, but with some flaws. I won't talk about story line, as it's interesting enough that it's worth discovering. On plus side: - Runs great on steamdeck - adds new mechanics - familiar characters from YYG - Stunning music and very good visuals And the flaws - sometimes feels like your choices don't matter - king is well... Let's just say that he's a bit incompetent - sometimes rewards for your input seems inadequate to amount of resources/agent actions you've putting into it Open points: - Items are a bit too powerful and cheap compared to agent actions - progress wiping (especially on kingdom leveling) is a bit strange mechanism, but it's not annoying. Also I have to say it again - music is amazing.

Fantastic. The visuals, storytelling, and gameplay have all seen major improvements over the first game (especially the gameplay, the management and battle mechanics were great). I didn't get any major bugs like some others, and the devs have been updating it nonstop to fix the bugs, as they've announced they're only pausing development in order to sleep. This is just what I'd expect when it's such a small team and testing may not be as accessible as it is for a large studio. If the bugs bother you, I implore you to wait a week as I truly believe they'll fix them, and we'll be left with an incredible game. Again, they have only been stopping development to sleep, I truly believe it will be fixed soon. Even if you do not buy it now, do not forget about it, it is absolutely worth your time, money, and attention.
