I got this game when it came out because I loved the first game so I was like "why not" but I never got around to playing it until 1 or 2 months ago. It took me a while to finish since I havent had much time alone to play it, but ill start of by saying it is a very different playstyle than the first game. This game is more set in a timeline and a small storyline unlike the first game, it doesnt mean it is bad however Basically you just build your channel up as a gamer/vlogger by making videos and streaming, as you get more popular you get more missions and side missions to do which I consider a little fun at least, you have many other characters that you can build relations with and get errands from, which was a good concept. I also really enjoyed the customization in the house and the character. Now on to the achievement perspective, I enjoyed hunting this game for achievement, it was simple and followed the story for the most part, like the first game it is a patience test rather than a challenge getting those achievements, especially collecting all the collection cards, but it is not as tedious as the first game, as long as you have the patience, this game is a fun game to play and complete. Didn't face any bugs or glitches personally either. In the end I would recommend this simulator game, although speculating if it is worth the full price, I would say wait on a discount for the best value of the game at least 8/10

Feels like it wanted to be a Stardew Valley clone but with YouTubers. Some of the dialogue doesn't actually update based on things you've done - for example, being married to a character and having them live in your house still means that other characters will refer to them as their roommates - which can take you out of the experience but overall, if you want a game to play and switch your brain off, I'd say go for it.

I never played YouTubers Life 1, so I can’t compare it, but YouTubers Life 2 is hands down one of the best simulator games I’ve played in a very long time. It’s an absolute gem. The storyline is great, and I love the little missions, challenges, and quests you get pulled into. The game feels polished, and it’s just fun. I’ve replayed it at least four times already, which is rare for me with any simulator. It keeps pulling me back in, and every run still feels enjoyable. Character customization is solid (not the best out there, but still good). My only real critique is that I’d love to see more African American hairstyles and customization options in future entries. That would make the experience even better. I’ve put 76.9 hours into this game, and that alone should tell you how amazing it is. I genuinely had the most fun with this title, and it’s a beautiful experience even years after its 2021 release. For context: I was hyped for YouTubers Life 3, but that game disappointed me so badly I had to refund it. Meanwhile, YouTubers Life 2 still stands as one of my all time favorite life simulators. If you’re looking for a fun, replayable, and addictive life sim, YouTubers Life 2 is 100% worth it

I'd be the first to admit that this game didn't feel like it had the same potential that Youtuber's Life 1 had. However, coming back to the game a third time and committing to streaming the game to friends allowed me to go more in depth within the game's story. Goofy characters with an investing story, let alone romance, made me actually care about getting out of our apartment and talking to the residents of NewTube City!

I do really like this game, it has a better storyline compared to youtubers life 1 which had none. I do like the quests and the leveling up in this game. The only bad thing is you can't save mid-game, you have to "sleep", and wait for morning for it to save.
