Kinda nice, not an active gameplay, just join once a day buy or sell a fish and leave until tomorrow. this is not special, there is a lot of game like this that i won't even launch to play but this one have a vibe that i like.

So, this game is BEAUTIFUL, I put in the time because I love to see the pixel art fish bounce on the backgrounds. Though there's still I have yet to unlock, I really hope the dev can bring in more tanks/types of fish because I don't want the collectathon to end. However, this is an IDLER idler: you can't do much to speed it up, but that makes it ideal for people who like Spirit City and just want something to plug away at between hours of work. I like to have it open and sell fish/resupply my fish between long stretches of work. If that isn't your type of game, this will not be your speed, but if you love idlers you don't need to keep a wary eye on and click to death, but can just enjoy: you're home. I made a little guide for people who don't know this type of game from Chillquarium, so here you go: - How to sell: on the 'fish' screen, click 'all fish' to filter by age. You only want to sell adults (with full exp), if their income is less than their sell price (profit). A fish that gets you 0.50 a day to be sold for 90 is better sold. Buy tickets at 20 coins. Rinse and repeat through the day. - Different tickets are different rarities of fish. Get only the 20 dollar ticket until you can confidently get 50 coins every couple hours or so. There's no harm in slowly building up your Fish Economics, because it'll fill up your collection -The little gachapon machine that makes the 'sproing' sound effect is for decorations. These help bring in colorful versions, but mostly makes each tank really pretty. Each 'decor' element is toggleable in case you don't like a specific one. - clicking the fishmonger anime girl is an investment based gacha I haven't figured it out yet, but I'm going to assume it's higher stakes. Just stick to 20 coin tickets for a while!

Fantasy Aquarium is cute idler game where you make your own aquarium. The game is meant to be very slow for idling in background. Pros(+): + Cozy slow game + 10 chill music track you can choose from + Various white noises like clock ticking, rain sound, Sea sound etc. + Tons of fish variety. + Game still progress even when you close the game. Cons(-): - some UI need works. - Font kinda hard to read. All in all, the cheap price is really worth for background game.

Possibly the most important thing you have to know is: The money accumulates even when you close the game. It is very slow. It's probably balanced roughly so you can buy one thing per IRL day, and progress slowly like that. It's great as a relaxing wallpaper or work companion, and also fun to collect / open lootboxes without predatory mechanics. The fish are very cute, and the large variety and different stats make them interesting. Playing on 4K is easy by using alt and enter to full screen. The two available resolutions are 720p and 1080p. The text on fish descriptions is very small.

As far as I can tell this is a very slow paced idle game you are supposed to enjoy passively. Loving the lowfi aesthetic and customization. Game is functional and pretty to look at. Preforms well on deck. Just dont expect too much from this game. Will update review as I progress a bit further
