Keep on Mining! is a fun addictive clicker game where you hover your mouse over a game board and mine ores. As you play and level up, you unlock all sorts of benefits, the unlocking system is a massive mine in itself. The goal of the game is to eventually craft the Diamond Pickaxe. I personally 100% the game in 4.5 hours. + Despite being a clicker type game, you don't have to click at all. You just have to hover your cursor over the area you want to mine and the game reaps the rewards for you. This is much easier on the wrists. + The unlocking tree system is enjoyable, lots of branches and different things to unlock. + Despite a million things happening on screen near the end of the game I experienced zero slowdown. + The game can be run on a potato. - The game is very repetitive. Solid clicker game to pass the time and relax. Overall: 8/10

It took me 4.5 hours to complete. I had a lot of fun with it! Good job to the developer(s). There is an upgrade you get at almost the end of the game that was a game changer too! Getting new upgrades was such the dopamine hit. That's the point. Lots of fun.

Fun and addicting, but it feels a bit like the developer lost interest towards the end. Achievments are quick to get without much effort, there could have been more achievments for actually getting the game to 100%. The "end" comes kind of abruptly, and the achievments come early so it gives the feeling of the dev saying "eh, good enough. Ship it."

Satisfying and addicting incremental progression loop for brain damaged people like me. Plus I love big talent trees. 7/10 needs more rocks.

I don't usually write reviews, so forgive any grammar issues or the execution of this one, lol. I'm pretty sure I've 100% completed the game, unless the mine has a specific completion point. I'm just going to give a blunt review: I feel like the best part of the game was the first 20-30 minutes. When I got **lighting**, I was like, "Oh yeah!" It felt good and I got excited. The dopamine was flowing! However, about halfway through, it just lost its **pizzazz** (or however you spell it!). I even tried to keep mining when I knew I had upgrades that would allow for bigger jumps in power, so I could really feel the increase. But those jumps stopped feeling good, and it got to the point where I just hit "continue mining" and left my mouse in the center until I needed to restart. Although I'm not unhappy with how much I spent on this game, for people reading this, know that I'm addicted to these types of games. I've honestly gotten a lot more depth and dopamine from free games. If you have some extra cash and need a quick hit of dopamine, go ahead and buy it. Otherwise, there's definitely other stuff out there. Hopefully, it gets some updates, maybe a little extra content or a progression tweak—who knows!
