The Simple Conversation about Oranges, How to and How NOT to Film, Exploring the Native Traditions and Their Specialisties... These are The Little Moments we Tend to Overlook, thinking They are Nothing but Another Tuesday... But Those are the Very Foundation for the Emotions to Built up upon... Slowly and Slowly, You Sync with One Another and One Day you Wonder, when did I Started to Love You? When was It that You Began to Matter to Me? Is This What Longing Feels Like? Am I Attached or Just was Lonely Enough to Feel Like that?... "Love is NOT about Cosmic Gestures but, It's About Quiet Observations..." *SPOILERS* One of My FAVOURITE Moment in this Entire Game was When We are in the Faris wheel, and She Puts One of the Earplugs into Our Ear, Sharing a Song with Us (That Song was Extremely Emotionally Impactful Man, I loved it)... Till Then, we could Only Hear the Song from Single Ear (IF YOU PLAYED THE GAME WITH EARPHONES THAT IS) and As the Tension between the Two Arises, Heartbeat Noticably Loud, It's Just The Two of You, Side by Side on One Seat, You and Her lean in for a Kiss and With That, Our Souls Collide, Bodies Intertwined and The Music Gets Much More Cleaner, Clearer and Surreal (As THAT is where you Hear the Song from Both of Your Ears, Stating With that Kiss, You Two Became One for a Moment...) That Was The Most EMOTIONAL, I have Felt in this Game... That Moment Felt Earned and Cherished... At that Moment, It Felt Like "Did she REALLY just wanted me to Film Her, or was She Looking for a Companion to Witness Her Life and Experience Her Way of Living...? Without Judging or Correction, Just Embracing Her True Self..." Every 'Thank You' She Said Felt Much More than Just a Kind Formality, Something Personal, Something Real, Something She wanted to Express for a While but Couldn't... NEGATIVES :- I Get Why Some of The Reviews are Pretty Negative regarding this Game... And, with Some of their Points I Agree and Some I don't... Although I Too Have My Negatives About This Game... 1) The Cave Section, The Subtitles of That Section is Entirely in Chinese, Even After the Update... 2) The Abrupt Transition Cuts are Very Disruptive and Breaks the Immersion... Her Being in an Entire Different Outfit in a Blink of a Second and Starting a New Section without Any Smooth Transition, Doesn't Help to Process and Register the Event and Situation we are Getting Into... 3) And Yess, Sometimes, It feels like a Series Rather than a Game because the Scenes are Quite Long and Very Few Choices Do we Get, Atleast Compared to the Gameplay - Scenes Ratio... I Remember 1 Scene Being Almost 10Mins Longer without Cuts or Anything to Engage with (Gameplay Wise)... 4) I didn't Wanna Say this But, It Doesn't Have a Very Intriguing Consequences of YOUR actions (or Choices You Choose) and It Doesn't Really Branch into Any New Storyline or a Seperate Storyline if You Do Make Different Choices... It Has Two Endings but, I only Got One Even after Taking All Sorts of Choices Possible and Completing Every Achievements... Conclusion:- I wouldn't Say I Didn't Enjoy the Experience, it was Quiet, WAY too Quiet Sometimes but, for me it was an Unique Experience to Say the Least so.... I think it's One of the Rare FMV Games that You will Ever Play... It Does Have its FLAWS for Sure but, I Think I can Recommend this Game... If You wanna Experience Something Entirely Different from the Rest of the FMV Games in this Similar Backdrop, Gives this a Try... BUT beware that This Game Have LONG Sequences and And Very FEW Choices, and Choices Occurs after Very LONG Durations of Scenes... If you are Comfortable with That, then Go for It...
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a refreshing and beautiful experience! This game feels less like a traditional visual novel and more like watching a heartfelt mini movie. It's calm, relaxing, and incredibly easy to immerse yourself in from the very beginning. One of my favorite parts was the tour videos. They are absolutely beautiful! Not only do you get to see so much of the town and its surroundings, but you also meet kind and warm-hearted people along the way. The uncles and aunts you encounter make the world feel genuine and welcoming. Combined with the excellent video quality, everything feels surprisingly authentic and full of life. The heroine is another highlight of the game. She feels incredibly natural and authentic, making every conversation and emotional moment believable. I quickly became attached to her, and it honestly felt like watching a real person rather than just a character. The two-way romance was also something completely new to me. Instead of feeling like a typical dating sim, the relationship develops naturally from both sides, making every moment together feel genuine and heartfelt. The story takes its time, allowing the romance to grow naturally. Nothing feels rushed, and that's exactly what makes it so charming. This is the perfect game to relax with after a long day. If you enjoy pure romance, this is a game you absolutely shouldn't miss. I also want to give credit to Mountain&Sea Studio. Whether this was a low-budget project or not honestly doesn't matter to me, because the atmosphere, authenticity, and passion behind the game shine through in every scene. It has a charm that's hard to describe—you simply fall in love with it. If you're looking for something different from the usual dating sims and want a refreshing change of pace, I highly recommend giving A Love Letter in Snowfall a chance. It perfectly matched my taste, and I genuinely fell in love with this game. As a bonus, the achievements are very easy to unlock—but even without them, I would have happily played this game from start to finish. Thank you, Mountain&Sea Studio, for creating such a wonderful and unforgettable experience. ❤️
The dog in the background of scene 23.1 gets a 10 out of 10 for that majestic strut. The game itself is short and cute, though I'm certain I'd enjoy it quite a bit more if I understood Chinese better, because the subtitles and choices aren't always particularly well-translated. The ADR is also quite terrible, but for a small production I'd say they managed to do reasonably well given their limitations. It's entirely linear and your choices only ultimately determine whether the story ends a little early, but that's not something I'd categorize as a weakness; it wouldn't necessarily make sense to have a variety of branches when the focus is on a single romantic interest, Jiang Xuening. Speaking of Jiang Xuening, she is an absolute delight and she absolutely nails the quiet, romantic feel that the game is going for, embracing the awkward silences and portraying a much more down-to-earth romance. The interactions with vendors are also particularly delightful. If you're short on cash, maybe skip this one, otherwise I'd encourage you to give it a shot, despite its shortcomings. I hope they fix the translations and ADR, so that more people may enjoy this.

"Miracles are all man-made. Take that brave step." is the last phrase the game gives you, this game is just pure casual, beautiful, and heartwarming. The girl appears and disappears like a dream, do you have enough confidence to hold onto her? The story is linear and super short, as expected. I like the romance segment, it develops slowly, and since it only has 1 love interest, the game really wants you to spend time with her doing real-life activities. But those are like 10-15 minutes long each, doing some local food activities. If you're a nerd, you'll really appreciate these things, it's like she takes you out to touch grass, so appreciate that, although myself almost felt asleep. If you meet a girl like that, don't hesitate, like a letter from a kid in the game says, he regrets not saying "I like you".
