its a great game overall. a minor nitpick i have is the recomended weapon per run that gives bonus xp tends to be always the chained knife thingy. The system is supposed to make you divert you from a certain playstyle but every run i need to use that weapon to get much needed bonus xp. Please refine that system. thank you
Anomaly President turned out to be a lot more fun than I expected. The idea of running a campaign during the day and fighting bizarre anomalies at night works much better than I expected. The humor never feels forced, and the pixel art and soundtrack give the game its own unique charm.
I heard about this game from Enis Kirazoglu, a YouTuber I really like watching. For months he and the Phew Phew Games team kept the community updated and asked for feedback, and it really paid off. The game turned out amazing. It's from a small studio that put so much effort and love into this project. The pixel art looks great, the animations are smooth, and the game runs perfectly. The story and the animations together make it so much fun to play. Besides combat and story there is also base building, which feels really unique. Compared to their last game this one is on a whole different level. I'm really proud of Phew Phew Games team for pulling this off, and I'm sure all their hard work will pay off.
