With 2500 hours on Xbox, and another 2700 hours on PC, This game will challenge the hek out of you. Still better than Ascended in 2025.

ONLY BUY IF ON SALE You have no friends and are single? You seek motivation in life? You hate yourself? Then it's time to play ARK! Ark is the beautiful game of survial - not against dinos but people with no life! You builded your base and no one raided you while online? Then don't go off! They only raid at 6 am ;) But jokes aside, I used to play it all day when I was still on PS4 at least having 2-3k hours in the game. This game host one of my best memories in life and the soundtracks are fire. You can play this game PVE but lets be real the game is the most fun in PVP since every situation can me unique and when you raid people it feels like a puzzle to solve. Your actions can contribute to a whole wipe and to your downfall or sucess of your tribe. But you SHOULD KNOW how the game works for PVP. People playing this game the first time: stick to PVE for now and learn the basics. The game is kind of deep and there are many things to learn across all ARKs!

This game made me shed a tear, not because of the beauty of it, not because of the countless years of memories I have from playing this game with friends, no, it was not a single tear of joy, but a tear of sadness. Not because of the pain I feel when hackers destroy my base or when random players give me swamp fever, but I shed tears of sorrow when I looked at what was taking up my storage on my computer and I saw Ark, and it took up half of my storage space, half a terabyte, "why?" I asked as I looked up to the skies, almost as if I was asking God how such a thing could be, but nothing could be good enough of a reason. Painful, trapped inside my own misery, my own personal hell, a game to play that I find enjoyable, will stop me from playing any other game, because I will never have enough storage to play anything else, until I delete that. And that is the reason, "it's genius" I thought, their strategy is to take up your storage to the point where you have nothing left to be able to play, well played.

My favourite game. I have played ARK: Survival Evolved since day 1, it's been a very mad few years but I wouldn't have it any other way. ARK players are and will always be a different breed as no other game can beat you up like this and still keep you playing. The remake of this game will NEVER beat the original game, it has nice graphics and a handful of QoL bits, but it will never stand up to what ARK: Survival Evolved is, was, and will always be... The best Dino survival game EVER created!
