Not the worst and one of the shortest AC games there is. Even the loot is higher so the grind to upgrade the ship doesn't take too long. Definitely worth playing.

Adewale is a great character and he deserved an dlc. Believe or not, but this is my first assassin's creed game. And for a starter game its good if you more focus to the gameplay than the story.I didn't understand a shit until I found subtitles in options menu. Adewale is a mix of connor and any stealthy assassin. He will beat enemies ass, but also he's stealthy and will kill from the shadows. Also the Adewales ship is bad ass. Could be more customisable tho. Fun game for just the feeling of assassin's creed. Its cheaper than the bigger games too. The graphics arent bad, the gameplay is wery immerse. Perfect game, if you like shorter campains. 8/10

Its a great but short game on its own. If you like Black Flag this is basically just more Black Flag but smaller. There are much less characters (though they are really good) and the story is super short. The map is tiny with basically one small city being the biggest setllement and a bunch of tiny 1 chest island, a shipwreck, and 3 of those loot the farm missions from the base games. The story is good and it gets the message across even if its a bit too in your face imo. Buy it on sale its great.

I bought it seperate since buying the DLC version of Black Flag was 3x as expensive. That said, this DLC literally Black Flag lite (just more stable). Ade feels a bit more nimble and more brutal than Edward, but the rest is more of the same. Since I liked Black Flag, I obviously like this. The story is also great albeit extremely short. Is the DLC worth the price? that's debatable, as the story won't take you more than 4 hours.

Adewale is a fun character that was really good in AC4 and is really good now. Obviously short because its a DLC but still good 6/10
