Mindless, hack'n'slash jank. There's some bullshit insta-kill platforming at parts, but other than that the game is entertaining enough for a weekend. The voice acting is so bad you can't help but laugh.

The story and gameplay are not very deep but it's still enjoyable. It's exactly what it looks like: a short and linear vampire themed hack-and-slash. If you like these types of casual fantasy games you won't be disappointed.

i wasn't prepared to see a line from Star Wars here. and then they said it at least two more times. it's funny goofy vampire pulp and simple hack-and-slash with RPG elements that make no sense. very much a poor 2007 game design. not a good game, but it was very fun. at first, had no idea how just a few years later the devs ended up with The Surge, one of the best souls-like games I know, but with time you see some early signs of it. no regrets!

Original G's look at a game like this and think "hell yeah". A 3-hour Hack & Slash that really brought me back to the simpler era of 2000's action games. Everything is there from the couch co-op, to the campy voice acting, to the tasteful vampiress. There used to be so many more games like this, man. It was awesome.
