Children of Silentown is a dark adventure game that tells the story of Lucy, a girl growing up in a village deep in a forest inhabited by monsters. People disappearing is nothing uncommon here, but this time, Lucy is old enough to investigate on her own. Or so she thinks.

it's a cute game, it is lacking in direction (no hint or task system), had to look at a walkthrough because some things are so random... I recommend it only if it looks like something you're into One thing I don't like is the no manual save option - to see all the endings (there are 4) you have to replay the whole 5th chapter, which after knowing what to do will still take 20 min or so (I'm guessing)

Do you have dyscalculia? Then this game is not for you maybe. As I really struggle to see and understand how patterns work. The two puzzles I've come across so far are exactly that: Pattern puzzles. It truly sets me back that I can not progress in the story by myself, on my own time. I have to wait until my trusty friends are available and can solve them for me. So I can move forward in the game. I'm disappointed that there isn't a variety in the puzzles. Because so far the story is interesting, it's a bit scary and overall the feel of the game is great. But I won't feel as I finished the game by myself or even if I will finish it at all. But if you don't struggle like me with patterns and such then yes I do recommend this game. It's defenitely worth to play.

Beautiful art, compelling story, fun and challenging puzzles, and heart-wrenching endings, this game has it all. Not a long game, but definitely worth replaying to get the different endings.

Very nice game, lovely art style and a really great story! The soundtrack and singing definitely steal the show and are a fundamental piece of the game. What I loved the most were the different outcomes at the end of the game and that (and this is just my opinion) you don't get just a good or bad ending because, just as in real life, the story that's being told is far more complex than that.

what a joy to play! - I loved the artwork, story, the puzzles and minigames - a big bonus was that all the achievements were doable - we played this game on the Discord Senscape server as a group play and I did get help from the other players - I truly recommend the game, it was a lot of fun!
