A short yandere romance/thriller game. Has multiple routes with good and bad endings. Protagonist is relatable, and his beloved eventually becomes a great waifu, even if more on the mid tier yandere side at first. Music seems to be public-domain only. Servicable enough, although I did wish there was a bit more variety. Artstyle and drawings of the characters (and some of the enviroment) are pretty good, inlcuding the H-scenes you can see on the complete version of the game (free patch provided by the developer required). Story is also pretty good and feels worth it to get the best ending. Do avoid getting a certain bad and depressing ending, though. Final Score: 7/10; Lizzie's waifu tiering: A tier.

Crimson Gray, is another yandere visual novel, that i had occasion to play through. After quite harsh review of “It gets lonely in here”, it came time for this vision of lovesick character. This game delivers much better story. The characters are well developed and offer deep backstory. Their actions make sense and are realistic. The Yandere character is well written and feels like they were created with love. They are not just simply evil, there is much more to them. The game even offer the reason why the Yandere is the way they are and I think, that is really good especially because it makes sense! The protagonist of this story is not generic, boring type, that only is love interest of the Yandere, because they are the protagonist. They are actually well fleshed out and it makes sense, why someone would be interested in them. I really enjoyed the dynamic, that those two had between them. It was very fun and interesting. Outside of those two characters, the game offer intriguing side-plot, that is also well written and advanced. Plot of the story deserves rating 5/5 Visuals of the game are definitely the weakest part of the game. However, it doesn’t mean that they are bad. The sprites of characters are decent quality. Especially, worth attention are the scene graphics. They let the skill of the author shine. This all plays well, with the slightly old school feeling of the VN itself. (Like for example “The way we all go”)Rating 4/5 is fair for graphics. Audio of the Game takes it to the next level. Background music really gets the reader into the mood of the story. They are fit perfectly to the scenes and work with them perfectly. Sound effects are well done and complement the novel. 5/5 Rating of this Visual novel is 90.
