Attention: Parts of the story are hidden behind difficulty level 3. There are countless text documents in the game to read, most of which are interesting. On Level 1, when you click the magnifying glass, all the words necessary to advance the story—which serve as clues—are automatically highlighted on that page of the document. On Level 2 (which I’m playing), you have to highlight the words yourself, and if you want, there’s a counter showing how many clues are left in that document. To unlock all story elements (and achievements), you have to select Level 3. At this level, there’s no counter showing how many clues are left in the documents, and you can also highlight words in the countless documents that explain or embellish the story but are irrelevant to progressing—though these don’t provide any clues, with a few exceptions that lead to further insights. Although you can change the difficulty setting at any time while playing, I really don’t think the developers handled this very well. Otherwise, I think the game is pretty good! The atmosphere is great. What I find annoying is that, because of the atmosphere, it’s sometimes kept too dark, and you often have to go pixel hunting. The Inventory System was not intuitiv for me.
