I've had a ton of fun playing this game. That's the primary metric for me! I know that many people feel like super polished graphics or a 'AAA' level of polish or depth are critical for a "good" game. I don't necessarily agree with that. The most important thing for me is enjoyment and this game delivers. There's good control over the level of difficulty and the settings seem to allow playing across a wide spec of equipment. Perhaps the thing that stands out the most is the developers. I believe it's primarily a team of two? I noticed in the Discussions section in Steam that a number of people with visual difficulties complained about the lack of an FOV slider. Not too long afterwards an update was released including that feature. I've seen any number of comments that the developers responded to almost immediately offering help and suggestions. My personal experience is that when I lost my 120-hour save game, through NO FAULT OF THE DEVELOPER, I might add ( my laptop overheated and crashed ), I mentioned my experience in a feature request. Not only did the developer explain to me how I could back up my saves manually while they worked on a feature, they provided me with a new save game to jump-start me back to approximately the level I started and provided some gear so that I could resume my play in very short order. The developer was very gracious and helpful - above and beyond, in my opinion. I highly suggest giving this game a try if you enjoy looter shooters. The mechanics are fun, you can choose your own difficulty, and the developers seem to be VERY worthy of support. Hopefully, we'll see more exciting things from them in the future!

I like that you can just jump into the game and play....I don't need to look up stuff on the internet or wki to know were to go or what to do. Also i like that i can dial up how hard or easy the game is. For me I play video games for fun, so if i have to spend hours looking stuff up or learning how to fight to play the game then I'm out,,,, I have real life to spend hours learning stuff or being annoyed or working hard. So no souls like games.

One sentence review - Turbo chill Tarkov clone built for a single player PVE experience with a decent yet thin slice of content. More than one sentence review - For five bucks, you'll easily get 10-15 hours of PVE grinding and looting. The experience has some nice customization options allowing you to tweak how easy or hard the game is. There are currently four maps and some bare bones quests to keep you snooping around for more gear, tools, junk, and kills. A few caveats: the game's default settings are insanely easy. As a Tarkov lifer with over 10 years and thousands of hours in that game, maybe my ass is so used to being beaten that it feels easy but I'd recommend switching some settings around like enemy health and loot abundance. The AI is unbalanced. What I mean is that they will begin to shoot at you as soon as your pixels enter their line of sight, sometimes even slightly before that. But then, the next AI you run into will be scratching it's ass and staring at a wall, allowing you an easy kill. There is an absolutely WILD amount of inventory space to start. But thankfully, there are multiple types of cases available at the start to help you sort and organize. However, the UI is a bit unrefined, so it can be slow and clunky to move stuff around. It still functions and is workable, but it definitely needs a bit of work. Overall, for a game that just hit early access for the price of a burrito, it's a no brainer. I really hope the devs put their time and effort into this because this kind of chill PVE experience is really hard to find. Thank you and please keep up the work!

For the price, you're getting a pretty solid deal! Pros: - Lot's of weapons to collect and customize. - Maps are pretty cool (haven't unlocked all of them yet) - Different ways to customize your runs. Make it easier, harder etc. Things that need sorting: - Have a way of sorting your inventory and lockers. Whether pushing a button or an option in the menu. - Maybe add a way of favoriting items you need for quests and/or traders. A lot of items for sale need money and other items, so having a way of knowing what is needed would be a good addition. But these are just small things. Like I said, for the price, you can't really complain! I'm looking forward to what comes next!

For the price, I'd say this is a good little PVE extraction shooter. I've enjoyed what I've played so far and haven't really experienced any performance issues or bugs, pretty solid so far.
