Remember the Demo? Remember how bad Tier 1 was and how you wanted to unalive yourself? Well with Tier 2 all of that down bad gameplay get's yeeted out of the window and the addictive gameplay hits like a drug and you can't put the game down trust me. i Highly recommend 10/10. anyway ♥♥♥♥ what the haters say, low attention span they have, the only real struggle with this game is being stuck at tier 1 with pink crystals and when you are stuck without the driller or being able to loot blue crystals the worms that camp those are cancer for sure. the only real bugs i've run into is where my friend has gotten stuck inside a minecart and died and was killed by an invisible force inside his tunnels. and the locomotive derailing when the rails are at huge inclines or huge turns, the more inclines and turns the worse it get's, the only way to build an effective railway that doesn't derail your carts is to smooth out your tracks so don't be lazy or you might regret it lol oh and i love the lava blaster, heal torch, charge torch and jetpacks, tier 3 doesn't feel nearly as rewarding as tier 2 even if tier 3 actually is far more rewarding. the game is very stable and not janky whatsoever. unless you're stuck at tier 1. KEKW i almost had so much bad sht to say about the game until i finally evolved past tier 2 and saw the real beauty the game was offering. ah man. anyway playing with friends especially in the early game with the constant lava pits and cart derailing will want to make you smash your head into a wall, but don't fret, the devs made it so you can't easily softlock yourself in the late game, because you can mine all 3 crystal types infinitely. god i can't wait to see what more content the devs inject into this game since it's only 2 days old right now. also devs can we please get a dematerializer or something? i have like 20 minecarts i've launched into lava pits with my fam and a few others that never went into lava pits but derailed from the tracks with no way to put them back in my inventory? can you please fix that for us pretty please with sugar on top? thank you <3 also smashing 2 carts on the rail system is absolutely fkin hilairious would try again.
An incredible crystal. This is a silly little game that has a really cool concept and leans into it. There isn't much more to say beyond what the other reviewers have said, but I also want to add in, the dev is great. This is my first experience reporting a bug to a discord, helping confirm the bug, and immediately seeing it solved in less than a day of confirmation. I've never seen that level of customer service from a big game studio or a 40+ dollar game. I was all ready enjoying the game, it's great co-op wise, and then we came across a glitch that resulted in our deaths. Deaths aren't that big of a deal in this game, but they kept happening and we had zero idea why. I knew it had to be more, reported it to the discord, and we confirmed that it was a visual glitch related to us playing on lower settings. Dev puts out a patch shortly after confirmation and just knowing hey, we're having a fun, uh oh a random glitch might be a barrier to fun, and for the dev to step in to adjust it promptly? That's incredible, I'll be looking for everything else this dev publishes in the future.
Its a fun little game with friends, especially since its just 10 bucks. I find that it drags the early game on for a bit too long, and some mechanics are clunky, but its by far not as buggy as other reviews would make you believe. I highly recommend playing with friends tho, alone it gets rather boring.
