Positives - Gunplay feels great and the weapons look, feel and sound fantastic. - Graphics are good and the maps are well designed. - Lots of cool pistols, rifles and shotguns. I like that there are some lesser seen guns in the game too. - The weapon attachment system is very good. There are plenty of weapon attachments (suppressors, sights, lasers, etc.) that you can equip and change on the fly. - Enemies respond to locational damage. If you shoot at their legs, they won't get back up. Negatives - Bad VR performance. The game desperately needs to be optimized. No DLSS/upscaling or resolution slider available as of now. - The game has pretty good settings but is missing some basic options like manual height set and custom holster placement. Using seated mode and calibrating makes me too tall, and the holsters constantly turn and lag behind, so a gun rarely makes it back in. (Maybe an auto-holster option could be a solution?) - Releasing the slide/chambering a round by pulling the trigger is extremely unintuitive. Please allow us to rebind slow-mo so B becomes available as slide release (like pretty much any other VR game). I'm fighting 20+ years of muscle memory every reload. - Grabbing mags from the chest holster is incredibly inconsistent with both pistol and rifle magazines. - Distance-grabbing items and guns is too finicky. It's not easy enough to quickly grab something, and usually it takes a second to position my controller just right. Played on a Quest 3 using Virtual Desktop.

Honestly a tiny, tiny bit disappointed, BUT, the VR space desperately needs games like this. I swear steam needs better options. Right now, it's a very, very tentative "yes" but **ONLY** if you're looking to support this dev. so let's break it down: - Desperately needs melee overhaul, right now it feels awful - Optimization is absolute ass and needs a serious patch to address this - Enemy AI feels extremely janky, sometimes they'll literally lead their shots right through solid concrete walls because they can, somehow, detect me? Also, they just feel really dumb in general... you mostly die to enemies coming out of absolutely nowhere because spawns, imo, suck. - Hands feel, to me on my quest 2 at least, feel awful. I've tried making my room with the brightness of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sun and I still get really janky hand movement. Two-handing weapons is really bad too because you have to position them at a *very* specific angle or your hand jitters all over the place - + Havent tried it yet but custom music is peak + Visuals are astounding + Gunshots feel impactful and you can customize them with a huge array of different ones at a bench + Sexy sounding english lady as your handler was a perfect selection and whoever made this executive decision needs a firm handshake immediately + Gun selection is good, lots of weapons to choose from

Needs more time to cook Well the gameplay, shooting and CQC is fun, but it's not GOTY yet. I recently upgraded my GPU and soon my CPU, but I couldn't keep the games fps stable on complete low settings. Thus there is no resolution slider in-game to experiment. But stil fun and the game is really thought through in terms of gameplay. Once it gets more time, it'll be a must buy.

Overall pretty solid start for this game from a single dev. I absolutely LOVED the Half Life: Alyx Mods of this concept and am glad to see it in its own full fleshed out game. The physics are a little buggy as well as slight framerate errors, but for a launch release, it's absolutely amazing, and I cannot wait to see where this goes. It's a well price addition to VR and I think we've needed something like it after the fail and disappointment that was Beyond Sandbox. Good job.
