ROBOCOP: Unfinished Business Is a sequel to the game ROBOCOP Rogue City that came out about 2 years ago. This is once again a game made by Robocop fans to fans and it shows! You feel and sounds like Robo and also the original actor Peter Weller lends his voice acting and he still does an amazing job. The game takes place right after the game ROBOCOP Rogue City. Its still played in First Person view. In Rogue City you got to explore the city helping people in trouble arresting and shoot bad guys. This time its less open and more linear when it comes to your path, it takes place in a big high building called OmniTower. Where you kinda shoot your way thru to the top. So its more tight spaces combat and there are more shooting then in the first game. Graphics has improved a little bit, in the first game the people you meet on your way had weird faces in this game they look better so game developer have taken that issue to heart and improved on it. I loved this here sequel, feelt right at home playing it. And if your a RoboCop fan? this is a must play! "Dead or alive, you're coming with me."

A good and enjoyable shooter for these money. It's like DLC for [url=store.steampowered.com/app/1681430/RoboCop_Rogue_City/]RoboCop but as a separate game. This can be regarded as additional missions to the main game. I recommend this shooter - it left only positive emotions. This game reminded me of some locations and missions from Cyberpunk, which made me very happy and brought back feelings of nostalgia. This is significant +.

I feel like there aren’t many FPS these days without multiplayer, open world, or complicated systems. That’s why Robocop feels like a breath of fresh air to me. It’s a simple, good old fashioned, linear shooter where you can switch off your brain and enjoy hours of straightforward, satisfying gunplay. As an expansion, Robocop Unfished Business keeps the same solid gameplay and simple mechanics as the base game but adds a few new guns and enemy types to keep things fresh. It feels awesome to play, even better than base game in my opinion. The combat perfectly captures what being Robocop should feel like – you are such a menacing, unstoppable force that mow down everything in your path. That said, even on the second highest difficulty, I found the game pretty easy. Maybe the highest difficulty is the way to go, if you want adequate challenges. Like the base game, there are short side quests between gunplay, mostly fetch quests. There are some choices you can make to make things more interesting, but they don’t have story significance. I personally don’t like this part since it is just to stretch things out so that the game isn’t too short, but it does provide a good change of pace and fits the idea of roleplaying as Robocop, doing everyday cop stuff. It’s been almost two years since I played the base game and I only played about two hours every night after work, so this ten-hour-long expansion is fine for me, but I can see it feeling a bit monotonous for those who play for a long time continuously, or jump into it right after finishing the base game. This is a weakness for singleplayer FPS - essentially you are just shooting stuff over and over. The game needs good level design to change things up, which isn’t bad here, but there’s nothing to write home about. Robocop Unfinished Business tells a self-contained story that doesn’t tie into the base game or the movies, and writing is easily the highlight. Robocop has always been about the man versus machine identity debate and struggle, but this story handles the theme in a smart and subtle way. Instead of talking about it directly like the base game, it lets the audience see it through Robocop’s words and actions, with moments that answer the identity debate without saying it aloud. The story also stands out for the well-written characters, who all have believable motives for their actions. The female lead has a complete character arc, and Robocop himself is written nicely too – his speech has that mechanical stiffness that makes him unintentionally funny, yet there’s also that dry wit in his humor making him feels human, giving him real personality. I also like the short sections playing as other characters, it not only tells the story better, but also strengthens the characterization, making characters more grounded. All in all, Unfinished Business doesn’t try to reinvent anything - it’s just a simple, but solid singleplayer FPS with surprisingly good writing. With so many games getting more and more complicated mechanically, I think that’s something worth appreciating.

If you liked Rogue City and Robocop, you'll like this too. My only issue was this game was too short. I hope the series sold well enough for Robocop 2 to be released. And no I won't buy that for just a dollar.
