If you go into this game expecting a big, challenging platformer, you’ll probably be disappointed. But if you’re open to a short, calm, beautiful experience then would feel more like drifting through a fairy tale dream than playing a “game” — then this is for you. It’s not deep or demanding, it doesn’t push your reflexes or puzzle solving skills, but it offers a rare kind of experience with a soft escape from harsher or more intense games. Difficulty to 100% - (1/5) You can perfect this in maybe 2–3 hours, enjoy this game and you'll 100% it before you realize it.

An absolutely enjoyable platformer with delightful artwork and level design, only let down by a MASSIVE difficulty spike during the final level and a plot that doesn't necessarily make sense in the final analysis. Keep in mind that you can't really be killed in the majority of this game (the worst that might happen is you go back a few seconds in the game) so the difficulty spike in the mirror world is entirely due to movement/platforming difficulty, not some big boss fight that will Dark Souls you to hell and back. So, low stress (mostly) platforming and simple puzzles with a (mostly) decent story......recommended!

Are you stressed? Does it feel like too much today? Have things go South recently? Then plan Hoa. This is not a remedy for your problems, but it's an absolute stress reliever and calmness giver. Lovely soundtrack, Ghibli graphics, easy yet fun mechanics and light but emotional story. It's not longer than it needs to be and yet it provides much needed appreciation for small moments.

Amazing soundtrack with a beautiful story. Perfect for resting, no stress, no pressure. Lot of checkpoints, so you wont start all over. It has everything what you need in a 2d puzzle platformer. One thing to mention, i had several bugs among the game especially closer to the end. Not sure if its because im playing from mac or not, but worth checking.

If you're looking for a game to soothe your soul after long, tiring days, Hoa is the perfect little gift for you. 🌸 Hoa takes me into a world like a Ghibli movie - where every leaf, every breeze is hand-drawn with love and meticulous care. Every step of little Hoa feels as gentle as a dance to the soft melodies playing from the heart of nature. The gameplay of Hoa is sweet and friendly. There are no stressful boss fights, no pressure to race against time, just me, adorable creatures, and tiny puzzles that make me smile every time I solve them. The story in the game is like a warm hug: quiet, unhurried, simply telling the tale of returning to one's roots, of healing, and of connection. Though it lasts only a few hours, Hoa leaves me with a feeling of ease and a little sense of nostalgia - like closing a childhood comic book that I never want to leave behind. 🍃 If you love the little things and enjoy listening to the whispers of nature, don’t hesitate to take a walk with Hoa. It’s an adventure your heart will thank you for! 💖 Cuteness Rating: 10/10 :D
