this game i played for 6 hrs till now going to complete it the action sequences are good the boss fights are challenging and fun and the presentation is soo good of the indian gods story i loved it the way of story telling i reccommend this to anyone who want's something fresh and new game with a different concept also it is available in hindi which felt soo good and connecting as my mother tounge is hindi
Absolutely mind blowing game from Nodding Heads. The way they depicted the Indian and Balinese mythology with Pahadi-inspired art style is so damn good. The visuals are stunning with the references to the Indian Gods and their story. The combat is good, the abilities we can assign, everything was worth it. The story evolves through the narration by both Indian Mytholigical God Vishnu and Goddess Durga. Peak Indie game everyone should play. Highly Recommended! Waiting for Raji : Kaliyuga :)
Game is fun. It is viewed from isometric perspective like OG God of War games. It has platforming inspired from Prince of Persia Sands of Time games. Its combat is similar to OG God of War games. I listened to both English and Hindi voice acting, they are seriously good. Story is good not great. Art is great. Music is good for combat but exploration music is just repeating short music which I didn't like much. Every level looks gorgeous. Levels are needlessly large which makes exploring them tedious. Also walkable areas are restricted, you can't explore some parts of the levels. Combat need improvements. Lock-on distance is very short for controller player. You will be attacking air more than necessary. That also makes Raji not having much health very problematic. Chieftain and Mahabalasura are seriously difficult even on easy mode. Platforming could have larger role without having large empty world, as I liked the platforming more than combat. Hindi dialogues feels like they are literal translation of English dialogues, and doesn't feel natural. They need to be rewritten. I highly recommend the game.
After playing it for hours, it feels like I played through a beautiful piece of art inspired by our very own Indian Mythology. The visuals and atmosphere were amazing, even though the combat got bit hard at boss fights (which I really loved) but I hope we get more games like this in future.
