Idle & Incremental Lovers recommends Tiny Biomes : Tiny Biomes follows a classic formula and doesn't bring anything new to the genre. It's repetitive and upgrades don't really bring much new gameplay. It does the job, though, and has cute visuals. Tiny Biomes is great as a first entry to the genre, but veterans might call it repetitive and unimaginative. Silly joke of the day : The desert biome and I have a lot in common. We both hate commitment and thrive in dry humor. Hope this review is helpful! I finished the whole game. It was short and a little bit too repetitive but i enjoyed a lot. It's nice to play when you just want something to turn off your head and play a game without much worries or strategies. It actually made me want to play more games like this.

EDIT: As of March 19th, 2026, the game does, in fact, have more achievements than it did before, except, they don't really work if you've already completed the upgrades and skill tree offered by the game, because they don't seem to trigger retroactively. For example, it doesn't trigger the achievements for unlocking the final axe upgrade or the auto collector skill, even if I do have them. Pretty decent game, unless you're looking specifically for an idler, in which case it's not really advertised right. It's not as 'idle' as the game name or tags nsinuate, given that you're going to be hands-on in moving your mouse around if you want any sort of notable progression, and it can't really run in the background, since even focus loss doesn't stop the cursor and thus circle of effect moving around. Game is short, the time it lists me as having played is how long it took me to complete everything the game had to offer, minus maybe 10-15 minutes when I stepped away. I don't necessarily think the game has a lot of meat on the bone, but for the price it is being offered at, especially on sale, it's not that big of a problem. Decently sized skill tree, not locked behind unnecessarily long steps, easy ways to maximize earnings per map. The game does lack achievements beyond "cut X trees". Fun for an afternoon at a pocket change price. Don't buy if you're looking for a background idler, but if you want to kill some time in a game with similar genres, sure.

Solid 4 hours of gameplay for $2.99 (bought on 40% off sale) I really enjoyed the gameplay loop and upgrades. My only two complaints are: 1. the animals are arguably useless 2. i wish there was more content

Just one more "turn" Simple, addicting and quick. Yes, it is not an idle game in the sense that you need to engage with it, but it is idle once you have auto-collectors. It is also idle in the sense that you can leave it on and let animals make their products.
