This is probably one of the most popular yuri visual novels out there, with quite awesome protagonist and intriguing supporting cast aswell. As the descriptions do mention, there's not much to the plot of the novel unfortunately, so this is one of the weakest parts of the game according to my opinion. While I can't say I didn't enjoy it, there were some moments where I didn't feel as entertained as I had expected to, especially after reading for a while.. To that, I will get to later on. So, the plot aside.. There's some character development to be going around there, but it's nothing special. While the characters do have each unique personalities that makes them easy to remember and to a point even relate to, there is a line where it sorta stops? I'm not sure if I merely stopped recollecting what's going on and remembering it properly at the time, but the development has sorta stopped and nothing much was going on. Just ordinary daily lives of the characters without any changes to them, so to speak. What supports the entire novel so well and so much is the soundtrack. The tracks are made so well and some even perfectly match the atmosphere and the easygoing atmosphere, making it a truly relaxing reading experience. I have totally fallen for that, but even here is the catch.. ... I didn't get too into it earlier on, so returning back to it, the game does have a calendar that makes reminiscing about the days much easier for the reader; Fully finishing the novel requires reading through the entire portrayed days several times, each time from the shoes of a different character, and yet the tracks are always the same during those days. So, reading the novel at once or through longer periods of time is seriously not recommended. It is better to take it at a slower pace, so the music doesn't get too much in the way. I had found myself muting it from time to time, as I was getting headaches from longer periods of reading. What I truly adored about the novel was the art design of the characters. Whoever's drawn those is a genius! Although the game doesn't offer animated character sprites as the modern novels do, it is fully voice acted and offers far easier time understanding where are the characters coming from; That's naturally furthermore enhanced with the days from different characters' perspectives. As a side note warning, and why I hadn't shared any screenshots- The game doesn't support Steam overlay, as far as I recall, and so taking screenshots is simply not possible through the Steam overlay; It may be done so manually, but I'm not going through the hassle. That's been a huge disappointment for me, as the game features soooo many scenes and moments that are just perfect for sharing, yet makes it impossible or difficult to do so. I'd also like to highlight that despite being a yuri visual novel, some affectionate or deep romance isn't to be expected.. That's been another huge bummer for me, because I absolutely enjoy all kinds of novels that do feature those. At the end of the day, I can't say I have been having a bad time, not in the slightest. At the same time however, I can't claim to be overjoyed and all. It's alright, it's satisfying, but nothing special to write a book about. So, whom to suggest this novel, hm? - Definitely to the readers who are into slower paced reading if I assume that the reader reads the entire novel, and to those who do tolerate or enjoy yuri; If the reader however decides to read it just once and from the point of view of the main protagonist, then the novel is quite the shortie, mm. - Likewise, I can't recommend this novel to the readers who do expect some deep and affectionate romance, or are into somewhat of a writings for adults. This isn't it, it's written to be available to even younger audiences, from what I had understood at least. That's probably a subjective matter entirely, so.. Better to take it with a grain of salt. That's it from me, I suppose! Enjoy the Yuritopia!

Overall - a very good VN with a lot of genuinely touching, sweet moments. However, I would first like to get negative stuff out of the way. Because there is one thing that lowers my personal score of this game from 8.5/10 to at most 6/10. The game story relies heavily onto both spirits being a likable characters. If you don't manage to like them - the last quarter of the game completely falls apart. Things that suppose to be sweet and touching become genuinely very disturbing if you are not manage to convince yourself that those spirits are your friend. And, unfortunately, that's what happen to me - I don't like Megumi. In fact, I hate her. She is the most self-serving, borderline sociopathic, obsessively jealous character I've ever seen out of characters in any media that authors actually try to sell as likable. And it really doesn't look like authors intended for her to be seen that way. It looks like her jealousy supposed to be "sweet", and her sociopathic personality - "cute". And if you don't manage to convince yourself that way - the last quater of the story completley falls apart (and I, for once, had to force my self to continue playing despite her even sooner). Spoilers - what exactly falls apart (don't read unless beaten - going into the game with this knowledge in mind can seriously ruin your playthrough): First - from the moment Megumi gains the ability to possess people - if you don't trust her by then, then from that moment you are on edge. Then Sachi and Megumi have a genious idea to use Yuna's body for sex. Sachi at least tries to be considerate of Yuna's feelings and give her time to figure things out before even asking her. Megumi though not having it, straight up tells Yuna she doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about her feeling, tells her to hurry and agree to this, threaten her and then turn on tears. So, as you can see - if you didn't manage to make yourself like Megumi by this point - it looks awfull lot like a r*** threat. I really hate it, I hate how quick Yuna were to agree to it (she didn't even have sex herself by that point, and she was dragging another girl into it), and I hate how authors trying to sell this as "beautiful and sweet" moment. And all they have to do to fix this ♥♥♥♥ is to make both spirits likable characters (not just Sachi) so the player would have the same thought process as a main character - the spirits are your friends, this is VERY important to them, they changed you in a positive way, so now you helping them. (And also don't make Yuna agree to it THIS quickly). All of this is really disappointing, because if you ignore Megumi - this is actually a VERY good VN. Whenever Megumi wasn't on the screen, most of the time I was enjoying seeing these characters interact with each other. There even is a whole section that I, personally, rarely seen in any media - a switch, when it's a main character who is going through some problems, and all of the people who you were helping before are now collectivly trying to support you. So, I can't say I don't recommend it - this game gave me a lot of positive emotions and was well worth it's money. But I can't help but be disappointed that a lot of it was ruined because of one not-likable character.

this vn being old kinda means that some people actually want to help people convey their feelings regardless of their gender before. In a way, I kinda like that there's no traumatic experience of homophobic, just pure wholesome romance where the mc is a cupid. 10/10 the characters are adorablesss

Soooooooooo overall, I think if you're someone who is just getting started with the yuri genre, this is a good VN to start with. It has a lot of classic yuri tropes that are a bit corny in hindsight if you are a seasoned yurihead; however, it has that wholesome energy that simple romances carry. I've had this game in my wishlist for yeaaars so I am glad that I finally tried it ^^. PROS: -Good cast of couples and characters. Even if you don't like one, you will find a couple you like. -Simple but nice artstyle -The planner is really cute and nice to navigate - Simple story but pleasant. CONS: -OST is very repetitive and annoying - Game is too expensive for length. You can beat the base game in 8 hours (maybe I am a fast reader?) Only get if it's on sale imo. - The teacher and student couple is really creepy and gross. Easily the worst couple in the game.

Let's create a Yuritopia! Super fun yuri VN. The premise is interesting, you're playing cupid for many couples throughout the school instead of seeking romance yourself (or is it?), but the motives are.... dubious. And so are some of the relationships depicted (teacher x student is cursed), but overall the game is a lot of fun. All the couples are interesting and likable, the senpais and the one with the rocker and the serious student are the highlights for me. Nice art and music and there is a lot of content to go through, covering multiple POVs and stuff.
