Absolutely loved this game!! I 100% it in just under 4 hours, however one of the achievements didn't work but I saw that the team is working on it. Also: make sure to read the recipe descriptions for a wholesome story! The game play loop is very similar to creature kitchen, which is another game that I adore. I have been craving for another game like it and Little Chef definitely satisfied that brain itch. Highly recommend this for those that are looking for a cozy game to turn your brain off after work.
I really enjoyed it so far, but it needs way more content. making the frankensteins toast is frustrating and I can't figure it out. A little more explanation would be good as well, it took me a while to figure out the stuff in the bowl in the cafe job is dough. UPDATE: the blue cups are gone and now cannot make cupcakes and other recipes. Not sure why that was removed.
Getting creative in the kitchen has never been so fun! Mix and match ingredients to discover recipes for comfort foods, classics and oddities. Gameplay & Settings A highly interactive game where you can tinker will everything in the kitchen. Drop random ingredients and elements into the pot, turn on the stove and see what you create. Do not be afraid to mix weird items too, you never know what will come out of the combination. 🍎 Mix and match foods adding one to three ingredients into the pot to see what happens. 🍎 Check out your recipe book for hints as to what to make if your stuck. 🍎 Watch the credits and click on all the rats (12) for an achievement! Settings & extras include; display options, audio controls, language, accessibility options (planned), If you wish to put your game into windowed mode, put -screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080 (or a resolution of your choice) under properties in the games Steam library page under launch options and relaunch the game. Then after relaunch just hit alt+enter for it to resize. Overall Experience A fun game that had me stumped for a few of them but due to some mixing and matching and some help from a friend I managed to complete all the recipes. There is more content planned for the future and I am happy for it as the game is cute and fun.
