I have no friends, so can only tell that this game is quite good for solo expirience so far. Will look for updates and such. Totally worth it's price, even with minor bugs.

I'm really enjoying the game frankly, however, I feel as though the store page is slightly misleading? So, to start; I'm enjoying the game. I'm a big fan of DayZ and Stalker, and this feels like a neat blend between the two, alongside Tarkov - I'll get to that in a moment. The gameplay is pretty straightforward, when you start the game, you're given 60 seconds to loot a randomly generated house for as much as you can carry while a loud alarm blares, and whatever you grabbed, you keep when the loading screen finishes. This is a nice start, honestly; the ability to start with even the smalest amount of something is very helpful for fresh starts, though you are dependent on RNG as to what spawns. When you're exploring, you can also jump into large, black spheres that teleport you into structures, allowing you to loot them; it seems as though these structures will always generate specific pools of loot, usually medical supplies and ammo, but the same spheres that teleport you also hurt you, so pack some medical. Where I think the store page is misleading is the way it describes its world. Yes, there is a procedurally generated world, however the map is a set size, and the "procedural generation" occurs when the emission occurs and cycles the map, changing the preset map size to have different POI's in it; in the early game, I'd say below Emission 5, you'll get some pretty foresty maps, a few abandoned houses, and overall a very basic experienced. As you complete higher Emissions, you'll start getting more varied POI's, such as radar installations and camps. Additionally, the map isn't super huge; you're not getting something the size of Altis from ARMA 3, you're getting a map large enough to "feel" huge, but due to the gameplay loop of always having to return to the bunker to end your expedition, it's small enough that no matter where you are on the map, you have time to run back before the Emission hits. The anomoies are interesting, I personally like them, though some could do with quieter sound queues to properly surprise the player; there's a Jumppad anomaly that'll throw you into the air, however its sound queue is very loud so you can just avoid the area, but at the same time, there are static environmental effects that look the same, so it's a toss-up on "Is this a jumppad with no sound, or just things being weird?" The gunplay is extremely janky; I personally think it needs quite a bit more work. Taking rounds flinches you to a ridiculous degree, making it hard to actually hit the enemy while under fire. I understand this could be an attempt to mimic supression, but it just feels bad. There's also weird issues with having your gun out, and getting close to a wall, tree, honestly anything solid, as your character "stows" the gun, but doesn't bring it back up when you move away, which can be frustrating when you're surprised by a plague doctor shooting at you, and now your character doesn't want to use the gun in their hands. The building is solid, it's pretty standard for most survival games that feature base building, no notes, though I do question why tables can be opened. The Sledgehammer, built using materials in-game, feels pretty weak for bunker expansion, it lasts about two concrete blocks then breaks; I feel as though this is a deliberate choice however, to slow down how fast you're expanding your bunker, and you can find sledgehammers in expeditions anyway. Overall, it's a solid game that simply needs a bit more work put into it. What the dev has currently is a very good starting point, but I can definitely see myself putting more hours into the game regardless of its current flaws.

Upon starting the tutorial, I found two things I thought I would never see in this game. A squeaky hammer and a bike horn. The game demands me to clown around. 10/10, would down to clown again in slavic countryside.

It's Stalker but cheaper and better. Just buy it, you'll spend more on a lunch.

I can already tell this game is going to be crazy addictive and with mod support coming, its only gonna get harder to play anything but this. For 10 bucks youve got tons to look forward to. Procedural generation means ever run will be different. The vibes are great
