First time I saw MY LITTLE PUPPY's cover art, I told myself "No, I can't, I can't play this game, no please, click something else, please, I don't want to do that, I don't want to recall those days, please..." Just begging myself to let go. Until one day, I got an indirect encouragement from a friend during steam animal fest, she just told me to try something there, then so yes why not, I went browsing and came across this game again, the only one I really want to try but also not to. Then reconsidering, I feel I'm at my happiest time of my life right now, nothing could take me down to the deepest point, I decided to give it a try. The most difficult challenge that this game given me is facing my own memories with my pups, my colorful days fill with laughter, with their warm hugs welcome me back from classes, the tired time after our chasing game, the peaceful moments sitting by their side petting and watching them sleep, I even had some videos records in an classic phone, yes we did filming them, that was so fun to do it back then, but I lost the sd card where they're stored:( ... and even with those gray days, I could do nothing but crying witness them left my life, and I can't forgive myself and the one that took them away from me. Emptiness, sorrows, obsession, anger, I had to process the tough time with those feelings, that's the reason I never want to remember, I can't live with it. The night before I play this game, these memories just flood my mind naturally, nothing could stop it, just me looking at the banner, trying to dry my tears, and hope to have a good time with this game. The next challenge this game got for us is about the stories of the characters in it, all the owners, and all the dogs there , there are some references you already knew, and there are some have their own words to tell, there'd be a question raised on your head "Why are they there? What happened to them?" the game will show us their life stories, and trust me there are ones we don't want to see, it torn my heart apart, so here's an advice, just close your eyes, think about how beautiful this game shows us, this game is heart warming somehow, and keep going on... After I finishing the game, I took a little of time go reading other people's stories, feel their feelings, wipe my eyes again, and just hope everyone can get over the losses... Honestly, I won't recommend this game to the people who are experiencing depression, having mental health conditions, overthinking or emotionally unstable. This game is heart wrenching, you can play it when you feel yourself strong and brave enough. I cried too much after playing it, and at this time here is the cold and dry season, my nose is doing a revolution right now, it blamed my brain for its bad state, hope they can still working with each other, aghh,... ...as every dog owner, every pet owner in general, I wish when I reached the other side, even if I have to cross through the hell, I wish to see them again, I wish they could realize me, running around me, just be by my side, they are my eternal happiness.

My dog died two years ago. I never went through the stages of grief properly. I feel guilty for not mourning him when I was supposed to. This game helped me face what I've been running from. It's gentle, funny, creative, and beautiful. Thank you for making this game. 10/10

My Little Puppy healed a part of me I didn’t know was still hurting. I didn’t realize a game could touch grief so gently, until this one did. Losing my Corgi broke me in a way I never truly healed from. The quiet ache, the memories that hit too suddenly, the longing for one more day, one more nuzzle, one more wag of the tail — My Little Puppy understood all of it without saying a word. Walking beside Bong-gu felt familiar. The small mannerisms, the stubborn but loving spirit, the soft emotional weight behind every step — it reminded me of the bond I once had, and still carry in my heart. Every scene was heart-throbbing not just because of the story on screen, but because it echoed a story I lived. There were moments that made me smile through tears, moments that cracked open old wounds in the gentlest way, and moments that felt like a quiet conversation with the dog I lost. This game doesn’t force emotion — it simply holds space for it. And that is rare. The visuals are beautiful, the music is soul-stirring, but the heart of the game is its honesty. It understands love. It understands loss. And most importantly — it understands that grief is not an ending, but something we carry forward with the ones we loved. I didn’t just play as Bong-gu. I walked with him. And in a strange, bittersweet way, I walked with my own corgi again too. If you’ve ever loved a dog, and had to say goodbye too soon, this game will find you. It won’t replace what was lost… but it will sit beside your heart in a way that feels like understanding. 10/10. Heartbreaking. Healing. Beautiful.

Normally, I'm not thrilled to pay $20 and up for a game that only lasts 6 hours. In the case of this game? Worth every single penny. This game was such an emotional roller-coaster. I laughed, cried tears of joy, cried tears of sadness, smiled, screamed... and at the end, the only thought I was left with... ... I miss you Samantha... wait for me up there, okay?

Just right after the little corgi said, “I miss you, daddy,” I burst into tears. Daddy misses you so much too, my little angel. I hope you’re in a beautiful heaven full of friends, so you won’t feel lonely without me by your side. This game is so beautiful, great music and story.
