NOTE: This game is in ᴇᴀʀʟʏ ᴀᴄᴄᴇss! It is incomplete, and if a prospective buyer is looking for a complete package, they might wind up dissapointed. I am not a great builder. In games like Planet Zoo and Jurassic World Evolution, I am almost entirely function over form. I make zoos that work. I will try to beautify an enclosure but it usually ends up looking unfinished or ugly. Prehistoric Kingdom's building system feels significantly friendly to me. I can actually make builds that I think look half decent. Am I a good builder? Heavens no, but this game encourages me to continue improving my building skills. Now to the meat of the game, the reason why people buy it in the first place: the ᴛᴇʀʀɪʙʟᴇ ʟɪᴢᴀʀᴅs! And the catalog of Cenozoic animals, too, let's not forget them! They look amazing. Their animations are lively and their models look spectacular. I love the speculative designs of the juveniles and of species like 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘳𝘶𝘴 𝘫𝘪𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴 and especially the fuzzball that is 𝘗𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘺𝘳𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘰𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘳𝘶𝘴 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘶𝘮. The animals feel lively and with the soon-to-be added addition of breeding, they'll only feel livelier! The animals are absolutely gorgeous, I love how all of them look and behave. Is this game without issue? Absolutely not. As mentioned in the preface, this game is not finished. If one expects fighting, animal breakouts, or human and animal death they will be disappointed. These, however, will all be implemented in future updates, and the roadmap is incredibly clear and concise about where it is heading on its way to full release with Update 19. The game is riddled with bugs and has a tendency to crash, and the game is also not fully optimized and therefore can have low framerates at times. The game, however, is constantly improving itself and I believe it is only getting better and better. I consider this game to be fun in its current state, I can only imagine how fun it could potentially be when full release happens in a few years time. I cannot recommend this game enough, and even if the issues are too much of a turn-off, one can still support the developers until the game is in a state they're happy with. Prehistoric Kingdom is an amazing game.

I've gone from cautiously optimistic to really, really excited about this game. The devs are actively incorporating player feedback and the game is already beginning to shine as my favorite recent zoo park simulator in a major way, maybe to be of all time when they iron it out some more. I've been experiencing some crashes in the nursery screen, but it's already really fun to play now, a proper dinosaur management game, and I cannot wait to see how it continues to grow this summer.

These guys are working hard to make this game something special. At the moment, it's still rough, but compared to year ago it's had some insane improvements. It's also actually a playable game now, where when it released it was a bit less than that. The dinosaurs are beautiful, and the management is adequate. I'm excited to see how this game grows.

This game is basically the result of planet zoo and jurassic world evolution 2.The potential for this game is higher than the both of them combined. ADD MARINE REPTILES PTEROSAURS AND OTHER PREHISTORIC ANIMALS.

In a genre blighted by hideous emaciated movie monsters masquerading as dinosaurs, Prehistoric Kingdom is a breath of fresh air. The animals in this game are treated as just that - animals. They don't stomp around screaming like maniacs and trying to murder everything in sight for no reason. They just wander about exploring their exhibits, lay down for a nap, grab a snack, head over to the pond for a drink, maybe have a swim while they're over there... Just like real animals. You can easily find yourself immersed in the world, feeling like you could reach out your hand and pet that big fluffy Russian Unicorn. Look how fluffy he is. Mother of God, is he fluffy. There's something meditative about building a huge, beautiful enclosure for your animals, setting them loose in it and and watching them go about their day as serene music plays. None of the Zoo Tycoon-style "DA-DOO! American Mastodon 48 is not happy. DA-DOO! Guests can't find donation boxes! DA-DOO! Keeper Poindexter can't reach the meat!" Here it's just... peace and quiet. You and your animals. No alerts. No screaming. No rules. Just right. Outback Steakhouse. Of course, the game isn't quite finished yet. There are many more animals to be added and features to be implemented. Despite having just jumped on the hype train, I'm excited. If I'd had this game when I was younger, I would have farted so hard. please add ceratosaurus pleeeease my god i need this pleeeeeeeeeeease add ceratosaurus im begging you i cant take it anymore im starved for ceratosaurus pleeeeeeeeeeeeease
