I just finished the game. I have total chills. This is the best short game I have ever played. My run time was just under 8 hours, which includes getting stuck on 2 puzzles for a little bit, and getting all the collectibles... and it was incredible from start to finish. The story, art style, characters, puzzles, and atmosphere are exactly how they should be, for what the game is meant to be and for the emotions they are trying to convey. The puzzle gameplay was great and rewarding. Some puzzles were easy, some were normal/average, and 2 or 3 of them you had to really map in your head for a few minutes until it clicked. And last but not least: The sound effects, music, and Rachel August(who does the narration for the game) are absolutely perfect. Her voice narration and the music playing in the background was like pure ASMR. Incredible job Hello Games Studios. I wish I knew about this game a long long time ago. Congratulations on a perfect game.
A very lovely game with a narator, about a journey to the last campfire, meeting strangers and making friends along the way... helping other, find their tiny spark of fire through puzzles. Waking them up, makes you realise, nobody is lost alone in their own thoughts. Really enjoy the whole game..(even have seen some tiny bugs, but it didn´t effect my game play)
