This game is 14 years old, and it certainly shows its age. Don't expect the graphics or storytelling quality of modern games. That being said, the story is engaging, and the puzzles are genuinely fun to solve. Most of the puzzles are challenging enough to keep you thinking without being frustratingly difficult. I personally managed to solve all of them without any help, with one exception: the final Radio Signal puzzle, where you have to use lights to disable the bombs. That one got the better of me! All in all, I had a great time playing this game. If you enjoy classic point-and-click adventures, interesting mysteries, and solving puzzles, it's definitely worth giving it a try. And at just €1.99, it was practically a steal!
The game has really showed it's age and definitely not good to play in 2026 but if you love sherlock holmes old games and ok with the old puzzle mechanics then the game is good for you! STORY 7.5/10 GRAPHICS 5/10 By today's standards GAMEPLAY 4/10 Very bad MUSIC 6.0/10 WORLD 5/10 Overall i recommend it 6/10
The fact that the kids in the intro say that Sherlock is their grandfather implies that Sherlock has had sex at some point which lets be honest, that ain’t happening Other than that the game’s whatever. It can get really really tedious sometimes but I liked the environments and early game 5/10
